Outdoor plaza. Buildings are all over the place, no rhyme or reason and parking is chaos. If it wasn’t so close, I would skip it and shop elsewhere.

Topic : HANDICAP PARKING SPACES
There are only two places that I visit when I go there and it's Supercuts and TNL nails. Both those places are fantastic, the service is great, there's no waiting at TNL, no appointment required. At Supercuts, Evelyn has been doing my hair for 8 years and she's just fantastic. I had to find her when she moved from the East Bay store and if she moves again, I would follow her. As for the Mall, they need more handicap parking spaces. It is very difficult to find a parking space as the mall is busy and there is hardly any handicap parking spaces. When I do find a parking space, it's very far away from the places that I need to go to and walking to get there causes great discomfort to my health. I can't be dropped off because I don't have anyone to drop me off. So the mall NEEDS MORE HANDICAP PARKING SPACES.
