Only giving 1 star because I have to in order to leave a review. Called at 4 pm and had to call back 5 more times because they kept hanging up on me. When I finally spoke to someone, instead of asking questions about my situation the attorney instead kept asking me what I was trying to do. It was as if I was expected to know how to navigate the legal system, when he is the one whose profession is the law.

Useless. Call #1 waited on hold until 5pm, at which time I was disconnected. Call #2 spoke with a girl that was "out the rest of the week," but would take my info and have someone call me. No call. Call #3 Desperate at this point. Waited my 15 minutes on hold, to speak with someone who says she found my info. As I was explaining my dispute with Florida's Foster Care System, magically, the call was disconnected. If she found my notes, then she found my phone number. No return call.... Call #4. On hold as I type this. Clearwater Bar Assoc and Hillsborough Foster Care System (#Camelot, Eckerd Connects, Gulf Coast Jewish Community, Children's Network of Hilllsborough LLC, et al). Both are useless. I'm not sure what attorney's membership fees to this organization are going to. It's not a decent staff.

From my communication with Karol and previous conversations with other employees:This is a Public Entity, that operate for about 100 years, not able to find the right lawyers, have only few lawyers that are not experienced, not specialized in the request matter, and not available, and not willing to send or communicated a list of lawyers.This public entity can only send one not experienced and not specialized lawyer for 30 minutes consultation for a cost of $50. The not experienced lawyer, which is not specialized in the case, can consult for no more than 30 minutes, and let you know if he or she is willing to take the case.I can even pay $200 or $300 for getting a choice of competent lawyers that specialize in my matter and available to take the case.I'm sure this public entity takes lot of funding from the government in the name of people and use the name of people in all matters. As someone that examined the financial statements of such entities, most of the money just goes to salaries and miscellaneous expenses. Presidents (Or CEO if private company) control the people of the Board Members, Choose the ones that work for other companies, don't have time and put them for their personal interests.The government put a close eye on them, so let them be garbage more than us, and let's make it an excuse for their failures.This system become a stinky garbage that would have to be removed sooner or later.By the way, it's most likely that most of the 5 star reviews are just from the employees or people that have interest with them. Only 5 stars or 1 star, nothing in between. Interesting.

They charged me $50 to refer to a lawyer who already has free consultation and the lawyer could not help me. And the 30 minute promised consultation was only 10 minutes. It’s a scam.

I request to talk to a lawyer they get Credit card thry charge you $50 and you NEVER GET TO TALK TO A LAWYER i got 2 diffrent one not one of them has called back only Karol to apologize they are SCAMMERS!!! been trying to get my refund and they refused...CBA KEEP THE $50 IF YOU GUYS ARE THAT NEED IT THAT MUCH.....
