Weird sizing, women's clothing but not S, M, L, XL, they use 1, 2, 3, 3.5 etc. It's hard to just convert to the size you're used to wearing if you don't regularly shop there. Better Half not inpressed.

Went in to purchase a gift card as a gift. No one behind the counter. The clerk was putting clothes back on racks and made me wait until she was done doing her task. As I stood there, I thought, if that was me, I would set the clothes down and take care of the only customer in the store and then return to my "busy work".

I always love the jewelry. There were lots of clothes and I walked away with a great comfy dress. Its nice to have your purchase wrapped nice. The ladies are so helpful.
