Was told they didn't have time to set up a business account at 11am and to come back at 4pm. Meanwhile there's four employees sitting around doing nothing in booths all day. Customer service comes last at Chase. Take your business somewhere else.

Becaureful with the inside ATM ( Not Drive Thru)
I deposited cash twice in 2 weeks and the ATM counted me $20 less each time the first time and then the second time again after 2 weeks happened the same.
I called customer service for both times to claim , they gave me credit for both times but it looks like there are no re-sponsible peoples to take care and maintain the ATM machines to not say they are doing this on purpose!!!!!!!

I love my Chase bank! I handle all my banking through the app and the Chase ATM's are convenient for deposits and withdrawals!

Friendly helpful staff greeted me at the front door. Convenient ATMs inside and drive thru. In case anyone is wondering, you can get up to $800 at the drive up ATM, inside (past the first ATM) there is a freestanding ATM that you can take up to $3000. You may have to use you cellphone to verify it is you. The staff is near by to assist in case you have issues. Fast and convenient!

My mother was having trouble with her Chase credit card and we were so lucky to have Michael Neal help us. He was so friendly and explained everything to us. I know banking in general is changing with no tellers at this location, etc. but this branch has very kind, helpful employees to walk you through the process. Thank you Michael!
