They don’t have tellers?! At a bank?! You cannot deposit cash unless it’s at the ATM.

This is not a review of this chase, in fact I have never had a negative interaction with the people at this bank. This is more so a review of chase as a whole. Beware people as they are and I quote the people from customer care and the lending department. "Based on an algorithm systematically going through credit accounts and automatically decreasing credit limits. This is due to recent interest rate increases by the feds." So even if you have made on time payments or have a long standing card that means nothing. Beware when choosing chase as a company as they seem to not value their own customers.

The most useless bank I’ve ever been to. One cannot make a deposit, withdrawal, or any kind of transaction. There’s only one person working here that doesn’t really know anything at all. What is the point of this location??? They need to knock the whole building down at this point

Same as everyone here. No way to cash checks, branches close "temporarily" and hours not consistent with website. I switched banks because Chase started building branches all around my area. Now I have to drive 7-8 miles out of my way to simply cash a check. No tellers. Waste of time and resources. Now it's a huge hassle to change banks again and all that entails with setting up online bill pay etc. Oh. AND zero interest.

Kaleigh was extremely wonderful and helpful! She did a great job of explaining everything to us and helping us get started on a joint account now that we are married. Have always had a pleasant experience with Chase and their mobile app is one of the best. Kaleigh even explained some added benefits of the app to us. Highly recommend!!!

Won’t be back to this location. No tellers. I asked the lady if I can have someone deposit my money for me and she turned me away and said they have no tellers at that location and that I’d have to use the robot machines. I’ll take my business to another location where they have human tellers and human interactions.

Very bad experience at this Chase location: I went there 3 times and they couldn't solve a simple problem, actually they complicated everything by processing wrong an operation. I finally had to go to another location where they solved the mess that was done. Not recomended

Chase holds my mortgage, the MOST important payment I make every month. I tried to enroll in automatic payments, but they do not accept payments from other banks. I asked for statements via email, thru which I could pay. Nada. I go to the bank. I call them to pay them. Now, as I have been doing for seven months, I have to CHASE them to pay them. Since 1799 when they were established, nothing seems to have changed. When will they catch up to the Twenty-First Century? No way in H E double hockey sticks would I use that bank.

If I could give it 0 stars I would , I went yesterday to open another account with them. And the lady told me she couldn't help me today since they were closing in 15 minutes. She was very unprofessional, made me not want to open an account with them! Will go to tarpon springs branch instead or new Port Richey, since they do know what customer service is!!!

Nun of the chase banks answer the phone. I’ve called every one a few times and it said they are open but busy. I checked the website and it says they aren’t busy at all.

They don’t answer the phones. They say that they are with other customers however whenever I go in there there are no customers. This is the same for all local branches!
