If I could give zero stars I would. Their account rep was rude, no sense of customer service. Points finger at customer telling me what I’m going to do. Refused to give documentation outlining parameters and agreement of my account! For him to say I had no power of attorney on joint account is incorrect. I can close the account, use funds as I see fit and act on joint account holder’s behalf. It is written in account agreement. Totally lazy and rude.

Drive up ATM and inside ATM are horrible. Extremely slow and rarely ever working properly.

I cannot stress enough how horrible this bank is. Worst customer service and horrible “protocols” which every worker has a different protocol. I had a friend put a money order into my account. They told me that the funds would be available right away… well of course after they got the money they said that they are not going to be available till first thing in the morning. Well this was a Thursday the 7”27th. Ok. So, now here I wait until the next morning, i go online to my bank app and now i see something that says they are holding my funds until AUGUST 5th!!!! So I called up customer service and after being transferred a million times to a billion different rude people and no one could help me they just give me different answers of when my funds will be available. I feel like i was robbed of my own money. Money that started out cash to begin with. When my funds do become available, IF they become available. I am running faaar away from this bank and You should too!!

We can in today without appointment, brunch wasn’t busy so I figured that we will be helped soon. Asking for a business associate that can answer few questions. I was told to wait and someone will assist me soon. Waiting I had a chance to see how people are working and what they doing. Unfortunately for a business associate at this time I wasn’t important even to say hello but in the meantime she was able to talk to other people in the brunch. Lesson learned. I have several accounts with you for many years.

Hands down the WORST BRANCH I’ve ever encountered. I have never actually written a review before for anything but I had to this time to warn peopleI have tried 3 days in a row to do a very simple task and talk to a banker, each time waited over 40 min no help, I am giving upDon’t waste your time here! They don’t have any bankers to help and you will be waiting endlessly for simple things.

So I was having trouble doing something through my app even from the website, like a 15 min filling forms and then a message of an error has been occurred! I was so mad dropped everything and went to this branch trying to find a solution to my issue! I had a good opportunity to be assisted by a beautiful young lady her name is Jewmanna, she was so helpful with a descent smile on her face eventhough I wasn't that friendly at the beginning. She illustrated why I had this issue helped me through all my documents, explained every single paper I had to sign in detail, answerd all my questions and concerns, eventhough I had trouble understanding some stuff she still explained without showing any sign of frustration.She's one of those few who truly love their Jobs.Thank you, will definitely go there again if facing any more difficulties.

Great experience with Cameron at Chase. B of A has been closed for days here with no explanation. Down to one bank in the area as many have closed. A wait of over 20 minutes to give them my money at B of A with attitude. Changed my bank to Chase. I arrived and was greeted, which was great! My appt. was on time and very respectful. Cameron was concise yet did not waste time. He was clear on options. Also they have a 200.00 bonus right now for opening select checking accounts. Nice! It was great to be treated with respect and have someone take the time to make me feel comfortable and informed. So far, Chase rocks! Thanks Cameron!

The people that were on the front line were very nice and willing to help!! Just stunk that they don't have a change counter machines like the credit unions have!!! I work to hard for my money to have any percent taken out if going to Publix or something like that....

Love this location. Drive thru teller and looked inside and they have tellers inside too. Drive thru teller very kind and helpful. Asked for deposit slips and got a bunch in an envelope with a pen to keep! I also got my ID back with receipt of deposit in an envelope. Very professional. Time was taken to go the extra mile and I appreciate that! Waited 10 min in drive thru but worth the wait for courteous service! Thank you!

Wait time at drive thru is ridiculously slow. Outside atm is down 50% of the time. When I asked inside why nobody was working the drive thru they acted like I didn’t know what I was talking about despite me telling them I had been waiting at the drive thru window for over 10 minutes and nobody came to the window. Corporate needs to make some changes at this location.
