Cade really went above and beyond to clear a hold for me. I really thought I was going to be stuck in some sort of limbo for a while but thanks to his help I was able to buy the stock I've been trying to buy since last week. Thank you Cade!

Very average service. The phone is seldom answered during business hours.
I'm old.
I am not tech or trader savy.
I was short answered and put off.
After I gave them the check they stopped communication.
When I opened app my portfolio it showed no investment.
When i called back and was told, " you just funded it. You need to buy it now."
I thought that is what I did when I handed the check over.
Once again, I'm a new investor.
I called back, no answer.
I called again and was transferred.
At this point I was told how this was my fault for not asking. It cost me several hundred dollars.
If you are a new investor I do not recommend this store.

I go in all the time to deposit for my office and everyone is always so pleasant! Never have any issues! Glad I opened my IRA with them as well!

I've been a customer of Schwab for 25 years or so. I used an automated system to track my account balance in my mutual fund. It asked me 2 questions to verify me, then gave me what I needed! NOW, you have a representative who asks you about 10 questions, AND you must take a quiz as well. If you don't answer the questions correctly in the alotted time your given, they will not answer your request. I have never ever experienced anything like that whatsoever! I cannot retrieve my OWN account balance because I refuse to be quizzed ( pop quiz) to get my own information! I totally understand asking a few questions to verify, but this is gone WAY too far! Not to mention, I asked the representative about the automated system, and he knew nothing about it. Not to mention he was rude, as well. What's happening to customer service nowadays? It's horrible! So as of now I don't have a clue of my account balance. Time to move my money elsewhere! I give it zero stars actually. They've completely changed their customer service, and it's changed for the worse!!

Called them to get a consult to manage my account and talked to an advisor who had only been with the company a few months. Requested a more experienced advisor to meet with and after two weeks was called back by same person who informed me that they have an investment minimum of one million dollars, everyone else has to use the robo advisor. The Charles Schwab website says 25 k minimum.

I went in today for help in transferring over an IRA from my late father who passed away last month, when I arrived Isiah (one of the financial associates working at this branch) assisted me and immediately solved all my issues and answered all my questions. So far I’ve scheduled a follow up meeting with him and his associate to come up with a plan moving forward. Im happy to say I’m moving forward with Schwab!

This branch was very helpful with answering questions about my 401-k. I also needed to recover my account information and they helped me get hooked up with the financial app. I definitely recommend Schwab.

I have been a client of this company since 1999. When I had a lot of money with them. well, I got special treatment. When I didn't have a lot of money with them, they still treated me alright (though not special). But, Schwab is not the only company that is like that. Most financial companies are like that. However, in Schwab's defense, I had numerous violations regarding breaking the rules and they did help me a lot not to be badly punished while they'd work with me not to break the FCC rules. Over all, they are a very good company and through the years I have decided to stay with them and I still will. The COVID19 period is a different animal. You can't chastise a company for the unfortunate situation that we all have faced. During this period, functions got slower and at times communication took more time. But, even so, they have been helpful to the extent of their technical capability. Also, I quite like their platform, StreetSmartEdge. Very easy to use and straight forward.

I've been a Schwab customer for years, and I enjoy the technology, and the excellent pricing. You can do pretty well everything you want online. In the last few years, they have offered both computer-driven portfolio management, and personalized portfolio management. So you can get everything you want under one low-priced roof.
