I wanted recognize and share about my experiences with Jennifer Killiany at the Clearwater location over the last 5+ years. She continues to go above and beyond in supporting my custom building business. She is always quick to answer the phone or process an order to keep things moving on the job site. Always very helpful and truly has a great grasp of all their specialty fasteners and other tricky details. Today, for example, I needed just two items in a hurry, I arrived 15 minutes later and she greets at the front with a big smile and my invoice and my materials, thus saving me and my guys significant time and increasing our productivity!! She is truly a great asset to Builders FirstSource

Julie Bell is the most knowledgeable builders supply person I have ever had the pleasure of speaking with! Julie knows her product. She was very patient with all the questions I had when ordering and purchasing a PGT sliding door. When I had problems installing the door, she had all the answers. When I had an issue with the manufacture of the door, she was immediately on the phone to the manufacturer and resolving the problem.
