Their lack of communication, costed us time with our dog in their care! Do not come here at all cost!!
I’ve spoken with the mangers about the incident and they only said they will work on things on their end communications. What a slap in the face…
But they did not budge on anything even $100 off the16k bill. We hardly gotten to see our pup while he was in their care. It’s about the money for them now I really don’t recommend them as a vet.
I bought my dog here in critical condition and he ended up needing surgery and passed 1 day after surgery.
The vet said his survival rate was 50/50 but it was more like 80/20 if they was more honest about survival rate and not adding more money for each visit maybe my experience would have been different.
I’m giving this place a 1 start because not once someone said to me hey I don’t think your dog is going to make it you should come and pick him up to spend your last hours together.
They was always quick to suggest to put him down or pay more money in the range of 6k and up each time. Never offered us an option of just brining our dog home.
The night care and morning do not speak together. We was suppose to pick him up at 8am they was suppose to have everything ready but they didn’t and told us to come back at 9am. At 8:30 they said we have been trying to call you he might not have a heart beat.
This miscommunication caused us to miss our last moments with our dog. We didn’t get a chance to say goodbye. They didn’t even offer to let us see him at 8am when we was there.
Each time we visit him they made sure we had the funds to pay end up totally up to 16k and each visit we had to wait 1-2 hour just to see him for a few minutes.
The staff lack terrible communication with each other.
It’s big and shinny with horrible communication and lack of compassion and made us miss time with our pup during his last hours.
The finance people lost receipts of things we paid for and we have to keep saying we want his ashes they kept saying we paid for not having it.
I don’t recommend this place for the lack of compassion and communication.

They almost killed my dog. He walked in and after they treated him, he couldn't even stand up. I asked the vet. Could it be due to the medication you're given him? She said no no I took him home 43 days he laid on the floor could not get up. I didn't give him the medication they sent me home with And it's a good thing.I didn't cause it would have killed him so that that is not a good place

Started having issues with my pup Sunday morning and it only seemed to be getting worse throughout the day, walked into BP at 9pm on a Sunday, every persons worst nightmare at work. But they handled it so smoothly, rushed my pup in right away, answered any questions I had, wrapped his wound, cleaned him up so well, and treated him so kindly. (I could hear from the front lobby they loved his floppy ears, haha!) they quoted me our visit & it was not nearly as much of a quote as I was expecting for what they did for him, they brought him out and we left. Such a relief from the days stress & worry. Thank you so much for taking care of him. It’s much appreciated & noticed. Keep doing what you do!

They should be ashamed of themselves for the way they do the pricing and the care they provide. I went Sunday with my bird to have a follicle looked at and the ER vet said to come back on Monday, with an appointment, because the Avian Vet will be in and the ER Dr would be charging $168 to look at him and he would most likely recommend for me to come back to see the Avian Vet for $220. I get there and she gives me an estimate of $1156.50 to run a bunch of test (cleaning it is still another $200) and says she doesn’t know if the feather is still broke off in there or not. To find that out and clean it is another $200. I asked “so I just paid $230 for you to walk in the room and not even try to clean the follicle, she said yes. What is the $230 for, what service did she provide, to tell me his wing was not bleeding any longer???? I knew that , I am the one that brought him in. I don't mind what the cost of testing or the cost of x-rays were. I am more upset about the fact, I was told to make an appointment and see the specialist to treat him & she does nothing and comes out with an estimate for some tests. When asked if she cleaned and examined the site for any feather remains, she stated that would be an extra $200. Why would you not at least make sure the wound is clear? “ Wow, I am so disappointed in this Veterinary Hospital

In our time of desperation, everyone was so thoughtful and helpful. They helped us with options and costs and explained everything so well. They have a little tea station in the lobby as well to help calm your nerves. So thankful to them!

Money is the bottom line here! I’ve never been more disgusted with a company/human being and their lack of compassion. Unfortunately, we had no other options during a natural disaster and had to take our very sick dog here. My husband and I seriously felt like we were buying a car because they come into the room with three different estimates. We agree to the first two estimates that are presented but the third estimate was such an exuberant amount that we could not agree. We understand taking care of an animal is going to cost a good bit of money in these situations but not at the point of bankruptcy. What is the average person supposed to do in that type of situation? They would not give us any other option! We took our baby girl home and buried her this morning. The big kick in the face was they had us sign AMA paperwork. We weren’t leaving against medical advice. … we were leaving because we didn’t have $10,000 plus to fork out and that was just to monitor her for two days. . We have no power and lost our cars like most people in this area. We borrowed a car and took her to every clinic that was open but none of them had capabilities to do diagnostic testing. Rest in peace Roxy our baby girl , four-year-old boxer.
