Love it here! Been working out with RJ for 7+ years and the results are undeniable. In the past I tried several trainers and gyms, none of them stuck. At Bay Area Sports Performance, they make it easy to stay committed and motivated, because the trainers put that same effort into their clients. Give them a try, you won’t be disappointed.

I’ve been training with Srdjan since 2019 and I’ll never go anywhere else. He’s personable - really takes the time to know you so that he can work with you to figure out the best plan for you. Working out here is fun and all of the trainers are so kind and welcoming. This is the best gym in the bay by far!! ??

Hands down the best gym! I’ve been training w coach Srdjan for about 9 months now and it’s been amazing! I look forward to coming in and working hard! They have such a welcoming atmosphere and everyone greats you as soon as you walk in the door. They hold you accountable and if you follow their meal plans and diet plans you will reach your goal in no time! Results show! Coach Srdjan has helped me lose over 30 plus pounds and has made me stronger than I’ve ever been. His workouts have helped me on the basketball court as well. He’s got me to jump higher and dunk! He’s got me dunking consistently and doing dunks I was never able to do before! Over all highly recommend this gym!!

My trainer, Srdjan, keeps me on track with my fitness goals and helps this certified lazy girl stay motivated. He provides an easy to follow meal plan and customized training and the results do not lie. I started going to Bay Area Sports & Fitness August 2019. I weighed 150 lbs., out of shape and in a size 11/12 shorts/jeans. Let’s just say I was miserable.In 6 months, following Srdjan’s diet and 3 days a week exercising, I lost 25 lbs. and dropped to a size 3 in shorts/jeans! It’s not easy and Srdjan holds you accountable and keeps you in check!I’m 4 years in with Srdjan, I’m a lifer! I’m holding a size 5 in pants, I sleep amazingly, my stress level has dropped dramatically. It’s not easy, you can’t outwork your diet.I just know I’m 53 years old and I look and feel like I did in my 30’s. I have energy, and I can keep up with the youngsters! I have 4 grandkids!! I don’t want osteoporosis like my Mom, and I have super strong bones Now! I’m in the pink bikini

I have had a great experience at Bay Area Sports and Performance. As a result of the individualized nutrition plan, ongoing assessments, accountability, individualized strength training plan, and excellent coaching from my trainer Peyton, I have had definite body recomposition with fat loss and muscle gains. I had been working out at boutique HIIT group training gyms for several years without this level of results. Peyton is easy to schedule workouts with despite my changing schedule, accessible and encouraging. Highly Recommend!!!

Great gym with phenomenal trainers. Srdjan and RJ have put together a great group of trainers, they’re very committed to helping everyone achieve their individual fitness goals. In the time I’ve gotten to train with Srdjan I have learned to push myself physically and discipline mentally. Training at Bay Area you’ll learn not just how through the motion of an exercise but what it targets and how it benefits your body overall. The biggest benefit in my opinion is that Bay Area teaches that nutrition is just as important as your physical training, I’ve learned how to properly fuel my body and I’ve seen more results training with Srdjan in a few months than I have in years of trying by myself. If you’re looking for friendly, motivating coaches in a clean and inclusive environment, this is definitely the spot!

I’ve been training here with Coach Hank and it’s been an amazing experience! Coach Hank is very knowledgeable about fitness and was super accommodating with my work schedule. He also customized our sessions based on how I was doing. I suffered from an injury so he made sure to help me recover properly before resuming my regular training. Everyone at the gym is so welcoming and you can see that they truly care about their members. Would definitely recommend training here!

I started with Bay Area Performance and Fitness about 3 months ago after completing physical therapy for a shoulder injury.My trainer, Hank, created a custom strength and mobility plan for me. He has helped me correct and optimize my form, recover strength, improve flexibility, and eliminated the residual pain in my shoulder. We also work on lower body exercises to help alleviate the bursitis in my hip.Hank has been fantastic to work with. He is very knowledgeable and encouraging. His plans are challenging, but never feel impossible. He is supportive with occasional text messages on my non-gym days to keep me on track.I always look forward to coming into the gym and working hard. The atmosphere is friendly and supportive. This is the best thing I have ever done to improve my strength and fitness. I would recommend Hank and Bay Area Performance and Fitness to anyone looking to level up their training.

I am going on month 3 with Coach Srdjan. I have to say it is to date my favorite place I have ever worked out at. I have been in boot camps, Orange Theory (for years) and even CrossFit gyms but Bay Area is hands down the best. This gym has the accountability I was desperately in need of in addition to an amazing welcoming environment. I can’t say enough about the staff and gym. I get a well rounded killer workout fitted for my body and lifestyle in addition to a personalized meal plan. The change so far is incredible, I can’t wait to see what is in store for my transformation.

Great gym with a great atmosphere! Trainer Peyton is very knowledgeable with setting up a custom workout plan for the body goal you’re trying to meet as well as a custom meal plan for you. Go in there open minded because each time you go in to workout you will learn something new. Bay Area Sports Performance and Fitness is definitely a quality gym with qualified trainers. Check it out!

I’ve been going to Bay Area Sports for 2 months now and it’s everything I needed for my fitness journey and more! I followed them on Instagram for a long time before I decided to take the plunge, and I am so happy I did! Peyton is one of the best trainers I’ve ever had. He has so much knowledge of everything fitness and he really helps keep me on track with my fitness and weigh loss goals. I think my favorite thing about this gym besides my trainer Peyton, is the gym feels very welcoming and non judgmental, everyone there wants the best for everyone and are always there to encourage you!

The coaches at this gym are great! There is no judgement from anyone, and a wide variety of people. They create your meal plans and are available via text and call virtually 24/7. RJ and Srdjan take on the "difficult" parts and all you have to do is follow the meal plan and show up to your sessions. I train with Peyton and he has been amazing. I never lifted a weight prior to training with him and in just 3 short months I'm crushing so many goals! His patience and understanding are unmatched. This is such an amazing gym!
