Very rude and unprofessional. I asked simple questions about why my policy was not being re-newed, for the third year in a row due to a new set of reasons. The lady I spoke with laughed at me questioning if pictures or a report were available. She finally agreed to email me a copy of the report and promptly hung up the phone thereafter
