My first time using Batteries Plus. I took my IPhone XR in for a replacement screen and was happily greeted by a very nice young man who said he would have my phone back to me in a couple of hours. I picked up my phone and all was well for a few hours. I started to notice glitches and strange things happening when I tried to use the phone. I went back several times but the phone never misbehaved when I was there. After 3 weeks of this and several different interventions to try to fix the issues I spoke with Mike who asked me to bring the phone in so they could put another screen on. Mine replaced my screen, added a new screen saver, FREE, and all has been well for several days. Thank you to Mike and Tyler for their support and dedication in helping to fix this problem.

They cut my car key incorrectly and ruined it!! They would not replace the part and the acting manager told me that user supplied keys are not guaranteed. Well, apparently their work and ability are not guaranteed either!! I will take my business elsewhere and if you want reliable work I’d suggest you do as well.

Tyler at Dunedin store was very helpful describing keys and key fobs required for my application. Explained costs and features. Spent extra time working with me to make sure I was thrilled with my purchase and actually saved me money vs locksmiths and car dealers by a wide margin. You have a customer that will be back!! I have a GE motion sensor that had a low battery and I could not get the unit opened. My security company tried to help over the phone to no avail. They set up a service call at a cost of over $100. I went to Batteries Plus in Dunedin and spoke with Richard who got the unit opened for no charge! His assistance gave me a very positive impression of Batteries Plus and I will consider them in the future for my battery and electronic needs and also recommend them to my friends and family.

Awesome Sales and Tech staff. If your cell phone battery is leading you to buy a new phone, don't.Bring it here and just replace the battery, basically as good as new.
