Long line... bank opened at 10. Teller took ages to figure out a foreign exchange purchase for travel. Bank manager is excellent!!! I feel bad for no help. 6 people behind us waited while teller struggled on a simple transaction .

This is the slowest bank I've ever been to. Currently have been in line for over 10 min and still 5 people back. Why is it so hard to staff your bank properly to deal with volume that you know you get on a daily basis. Will be closing my account if I ever get to a teller

I always go there to withdraw cash.I’ve been inside once and the service was good, fast. I just didn’t like that another person kept coming to the room, and stayed there in the end kinda rushing the assistance. Other than that: good services!

You are going to wait at *any* bank these days, especially ones in a densely populated area like this one. What matters is the STAFF. I have to say, Laz, Peggy, and the Manager, Michele, are amazing. I have been helped by all three.They care - I've seen it, even when people are getting cranky they go that extra mile to calm them and work through whatever issue they have. I know because I was one of them. Well done Bank of America and do whatever you can to keep these terrific ambassadors for your brand.

Slowest teller ever. Explained I need to cash my check to make bills on time and they waited til passed 4 (closing time) before this teller Peggy was done.

Peggy was really nice and helpful and this review would have been 5 stars but Saksa was very rude to my Latina friend that was with me.

Giving a 1 star is actually too high of rating for this location. Only two people in the bank still had to wait over 25 minutes. Manager acted like she didn't know what she was doing and wanted to get up and leave until they noticed we were next in line. Palm Harbor branch is the best. They are friendly and get you in and out quickly.

ATM never work. They never accept your cash or checks. I then drive to the location in Dunedin and the boa atm there accept everything. The repairman is always out repairing the atm. Spend the money and replace them. You are a large enough bank

Line is always very long, they have minimal staff who do not care, please hire more staff or pay better so your staff care

This is a great bank if you enjoy only dealing with one bank teller and waiting for over a half an hour to an hour in line.

This bank is severely understaffed. The wait time is unbearable even for the drive though. Unacceptable and horrible on BOA’s customer service.
