The woman, Sandy, who runs the office is a man hating individual. She is impatient and inserts her opinion when she should remain silent. I gave her all the information she needed for the two claims. She didn't bother to offer me a handshake but she shook my wife's hand twice. I was told it would take a month to fix my car. They had it for 10 weeks and didn't fix it. They are horrendous people who have no clue how to run a business. They say I didn't give her the claim information for the second claim but a claim adjuster called me, asked for my recorded statement, so I know they had a claim number somewhere because I didn't call them. Don't take your car here if you want it fixed properly.

Sandy is very nice, funny and professional. She contacted Enterprise for me for my rental. She kept me informed on the repairs of my vehicle. Charlie did a great job with the repairs and paint on my vehicle. They are the best.If you ever need repairs minor or major, this is the place to bring your vehicle. Great customer service and great people.
