Absolutely TERRIBLE customer service. I called last year to see if I could do self-pay for a CPAP. The person on the phone was insanely rude and barked at me that they don't accept self-pay. Fast forward to this year, I have insurance and my insurance gave me their information to order a CPAP through so I called them. ANOTHER rude employee answered and barked that "They aren't contracted with Cigna in my county" .....even though I literally got their # from Cigna directly. TERRIBLEEEEE customer service.
