Just got back from Adapt health Austin Respiratory Equipment. George was the technician we saw and he was awesome. Even though I've been a CPAP user since 9/11, my wife and I still had some questions that George took the time to answer and made it all easy to understand. He was a pleasure to deal with and extremely knowledgable in his field. An asset to your company for sure! Thank you, George! Mr. and Mrs. Rigas

It was difficult to find the location as the office never sent the name,address and directions to me. I had to call my Dr and get the name and address.
After arriving. I was in a room with another patient also getting a cpap. The different types of masks were all explained and demonstrated how to wear. After selecting the one I wanted, I put it on and wore it for 6 minutes.
Details were then given on cleaning and ordering new parts.

My tech Jason was WONDERFUL!!!! HomeOxygen - not so much! He discovered that the reason my NextGo machine wasn’t holding a charge is because the battery had a sticker on it saying, in RED, that it was not to be used bc it was damaged - so why did HomeOxygen give it to me in the first place???

Barton was absolutely fantastic. He had tons of patience with me, kept things light and fun, and had a wonderful way of explaining everything! I was very skeptical when I first went in as it was my first CPAP. But, he made it easy, found the right mask for me and I was able to use it right off the bat last night! Thanks Barton!!

Bart Beck, our teacher, was very thorough in explaining how to use the cpap equipment and in how to clean and maintain it. Bart gets an A Plus!!!

Grateful to have left monitor in secure place for pre arranged pick up. It's also understood that Seniors don't usually have their phones glued to them so driver should proceed to home as prearranged .

The lady at the front desk, (not sure of her name) was very helpful, answered several questions. Bart helped me after, and he was very knowledgeable. Highly recommend them.
