Apparently Vee is new.Apparently Vee's vocabulary doesn't include, "please" or "thank you."In the time it took Vee to assist me with transfers that were completed online before I arrived, three other customers who arrived after me were taken care of. Don't stop here if time is of the essence. It's not a good experience.

Predatory loans. You will be caught in an endless loop of taking a cash advance and paying it back and this will go on for months. They are reasons places like this are illegal in other states and Florida is trying to make them illegal as well. Speaking of which I was told in not so many words that if I didn't sign a petition on their behalf I wouldn't get my money. The petition was telling our state representatives how much we NEED these places open. Eventually I lost my job and after being a "customer" there for over two years I got a big F. U. when I asked for an extension.

Richard was an absolute pleasure. Kept the convo professional, didnt drag me along or give me a hassle. Told me what i needed, I brought it in, with in 15 minutes out the door. Great customer service, he made Christmas possible for my family :)

Tall Spanish guy unprofessional, not good with customer service. When a client gets a attitude, he should learn how to handle it better. You know... what happened to the customer is always right!? The manager and employee working on 9/12/18, should be demoted to unemployed.
