AmeriGas overseas call-center is horrific. Blatantly lied to us and they were very disrespectful‼️ Paid no attention to my concerns and when we asked to be transferred to a manager she refused to do so. Shame on AmeriGas for going backwards in customer Service‼️ AmeriGas does NOT care as evidenced by raising our rates and then transferring customer service overseas that doesn't care to help customers in order to save them money. AVOID AMERIGAS AT ALL COSTS. You can actually have their tank removed at AmeriGas expense, for free. They will lie to you and tell you there's a large cost, don't believe them, do your research‼️ It's listed in the PUC; Public Utilities Commission. AmeriGas must remove the tank at their expense, if the customer insists on it‼️ Please don't let them lie or bully you into paying any expense to have it removed!

I was charged for expedited service and did not get expedited service at all. It was delivered in the normal time frame. Very disappointed in the customer service Rep. and the horrible customer service I received.

The response to my feedback came almost one month after I submit it and it was a very important question “if we are still having a gas leak or not” which I thought it was pretty urgent and vital.

There are no gas appliances in this rental. There are 2 bottles a foot behind my bed that appear to have been there for years. I've called AmeriGas 4 times to have them removed since moving here in Nov 2023. My landlord has also called at least twice.Inexplicitly, they're still there. So now I'm on to public shaming you on Google. I can accelerate it to Facebook, Nextdoor, Instagram, TwitterX, Reddit, Better Business Bureau, if y'all can't get this done?

Once again the driver brought the entire truck onto our pavered drive way instead of parking on the street and then extending the gas line to our tank. We have repeatedly requested that they do not drive on the pavered driveway. We have collected all of the video and pictures form our security cameras to document. PLEASE DO NOT LET IT HAPPEN AGAIN. This is not rocket science.

I’ve always had good service, and good interactions with Amerigas, but compelled to rate a 1 (would do zero if it was an option) Due to what I assume is an overseas, customer service center. I have called the number three times and they have been zero help. I asked if a representative come out and speak to me about adding a new line to my kitchen and what it would’ve cost he said I think $150. Doesn’t give you the Confidence to schedule something like that when he”thinks” The price in certain amount. All I wanted was to ask a couple of questions and get a ballpark estimate for running a new line from my existing tank to the kitchen, where we want to install a gas range, unbelievable Unsatisfying experience. Makes me wanna go back with an electric range!

I hate giving bad reviews but I think it is good people know in advance what they don’t tell you and then they charge every possible fee !!! They charge about ~ $300 to remove the tank out of the house when the contract is over , 50 penalty fee for late payment ( which in my case it was totally unfair because we authorized for automatic payment and it was their fault not to set it … I do that to avoid checking my bank account over and over ) and they charge like ~150 inspection fee if you happen to renew the contract under someone else before so no touching whatsoever of the plumbing and they still charge it !!!

Horrible customer service. I called twice to get expedited service and they never recorded the case. Bad responsiveness. Charged me to come back out and turn my gas on after they filled my tank and I had to have a new gas line installed. I’m moving to another provider.

Tank was empty and when ordered gas the driver tested and said there was a leak. I paid $300 to have company come out and test the line and no leak was detected. I then called customer service and told them no leak and it took them over 2 weeks to come out and turn my gas back on. Your service team and customer service call center need major changes to better respond to your customer's needs.

They scheduled our delivery quickly after contacting them & the driver was very efficient. He checked things over to make sure we were running ok & filled the tank in a timely manner.
