BUYER BEWARE this store will not cancel orders. The wedding was canceled and my dress wasn't even in and they would not give a refund or work with me in any other manner. In response to AB2B reply to my review. There was no scene made, I did not demand my money back. I did ask if there was anything thing else they could do so I would not be out all that money, like a discount. They refused and I did tell them they would get a bad review for not being willing to work with customers.

I made a last minute appointment and they got me in which was amazing because my mom was in town. I also had my 4 year old with me he was crazy! But the lovely lady that helped me (Laura) was absolutely amazing! She had patience of an angel! I’m also one of the pickiest people ever! She figured my style out quick! If I could recommend 100 time I would!! Thankyou for everything you do Laura I had the absolute best time! You made the process so peaceful!

The manager there was so helpful and patient she was such a vibe!!! I can’t find her card to say her name but she was so helpful I came in for a pageant dress and she even gave me some little tips even though she never done a pageant herself. She even gave me a seamstress to go to if I needed which I ended up not. She even worked with my financial budget which I am so thankful for. This is definitely where I would come for any pageant dress or formal wear. She was so tolerant with letting me try on multiple dresses and stay in them to really get a feel for them even one bought I ended trying it on twice she was 101/10 loved it

Very beautiful family owned business in the mall with many beautiful things. We went to this store on July 3 for a try on appt for wedding gowns. We are from Michigan and had already had 3 other wedding gown try on appointments in MI with little luck. My daughter said yes to her dress and we couldn’t be happier ?. They shipped it to us and it arrived beautifully. Thank you to Meghanne for extra help with ordering extras and the shipping and tracking.

I had an absolutely amazing experience here ! The girl was SO patient with me finding my PERFECT wedding dress. She was so helpful and kind . Gave me so many options that I wouldn't have even thought of . I went a little over my allotted appointment time and never felt rushed out . I HIGHLY recommend this place for all the bride to be's I know. Thank you so much.

We drove an hour and a half to find a place for the perfect gown for my 1 YO daughter’s first pageant. No one really sold her size or had many options or styles if they did. This boutique was perfect!! We found a gorgeous dress, nice price, and they made shipping very easy. My daughter was so comfortable with the staff and they were so patient and kind with us, eventhough it was close to closing time, they didn’t even rush us. Thru wanted us to be happy with our choice. And SHE WON the pageant!!! Thank you all so much ?

Meghanne was extremely nice and helped me find my wedding dress, she even found some dresses at a different location and brought them to my second appointment for me to try on. She was awesome and really went above and beyond to help me find a dress would highly recommend!

During our vacation in Clearwater Beach on a rainy day, we decided to go shopping. We noticed this boutique store for gowns and decided to stop in. They have the most unique gowns that you can find from sizes 0 and up. Our daughter found several beautiful unique dresses, especially for a size 0 and 2. We placed our order and Andriana did an excellent job in servicing us and following up with us to inform us of the dress arrival. She shipped the dress to us and followed up with the tracking number. We received the gown on schedule before her prom date. We have been very impressed with the quality of gowns, communication, service and prompt deliver. This is our to go to place now. HIGHLY Recommend Adriana.

Was told before I paid $400 that the dress would be altered to size received a dress for someone with DD’s crammed in a tiny box. I do not recommend

Staff is super sweet and helpful and patient. We got there pretty late before closing and they didn’t rush us or make us feel pressured. They were very helpful in looking for a dress for us.

A wonderful shopping experience! My daughter was looking for a dress for Prom and Adriana assisted in finding her many options that complimented her body type. She was so friendly and welcoming and made my daughter very comfortable. The dresses were all gorgeous and great quality. We had such a positive experience and highly recommend anyone looking for formal wear to give this boutique a try!

I walked into AB2B Boutique being a bride on a mission and left saying “YES” to the dress! My experience there was incredible and I couldn’t have chosen without Adriana as my bridal consultant! She was absolutely incredible and I loved all the variety of dresses at the store.

The consultants here are AMAZING, every single one of them. The girls have always made me feel good not only during the process of looking but great in what I walk out with. They are kind, funny, relatable, and truly have an eye for fashion. They know what I need despite what I ask for and I always walk out happy. I have gotten both prom and homecoming dresses and have been extremely satisfied.
