What on earth has happened to this Aldi location. The employees are unhelpful and downright miserable. The older woman with gray hair who is a cashier has lost her mind. Reprimands me like a child for not pulling my cart around to her quick enough, literally throws my groceries in the cart with such force by the time I got to my car my creamer was leaking and my bread was smashed up from the laundry detergent she threw on top of it, precedes to snatches my money out of my hand, and doesn’t say thank you or one word as I’m leaving. If I wasn’t so tired from working all day I would have gone back in to complain but somehow I think it would fall on deaf ears. If they have someone like her working there they probably don’t care too much about the customer experience.

Went to Aldi as I do every week and encountered a cashier named Dana tonight. Someone must have pi$$ed in her cereal today because she was the rudest and nastiest cashier I’ve come across in a while. The store itself is a nice clean store but unprofessional employees can drive business to Publix or Walmart right across the street. As my husband and I were leaving we were discussing how rude she was and another couple who were in front of us and returning their buggy stopped us and asked us if we were talking about the old lady on the register. I said yes and they said she was extremely rude to them and careless with their groceries. She threw canned goods on top of bread and candies they were giving as gifts ultimately crushing them. I know Aldi has decided to go to self checkout and maybe Dana is mad and single handedly trying to destroy business for Aldi because of this decision but her behavior toward customers is unacceptable and if Aldi allows this, unfortunately it speaks volumes to how they value their customers. There a too many other grocery store options especially in that area for Aldi to not address this. I am a customer success manager and can assure you if one of my employees treated customers the way Dana did tonight there would be problems. Maybe it’s time for Dana to retire or not have a customer facing role. Dana should not be the face of any business. Do better Aldi.

Lines can get a little long, but they move fast so usually it's not a problem. However I would recommend the cashier grab the next in line rather than from the back of the line. Always clean and stocked well though. Friendly too

Yes! I'm a Publix person. But I found better prices here. They carry a good inventory of meat and chicken. Interesting their everyday deals. I recommend this here

This was my first time here in years. It has some good deals on things overall. There are no bags and very few employees and overhead, and the carts require that you put a quarter in to use and make sure you put the cart back in order to get the quarter back. Overall it's a good way to save money on groceries.

Whose with me - waiting for human cashiers to slowly meander up to help the growing lines of customers ready to check out is old school. They don't greet you, smile or converse and if they're there only to be mean and rude isn't my idea of a good shipping experience. Time to install self checkout and send the unfriendly cashiers to scrape gum off the floor and stock the shelves.

I've been shopping at Aldi for years in another state and LOVED IT everytime. The staff was ALWAYS so helpful and eager to help. However, the staff at both Clearwater locations are beyond rude, don't want to answer a simple question here and there and a few have actually rolled their eyes at me. I don't know if it's poor management, staffing issues or what, but every time I'm in either of the Clearwater stores the staff seem like they hate their jobs and being around the public. The stores are always really dirty and refrigerated food is randomly on the regular shelves. I always wonder how long it sits there before it's put back??

Clean, cheap prices but even in the situation we are in, ey it's not too bad, there are bathrooms, the employees though aren't the best but don't be pushy with them, they have jobs to attend. It's not very loud and the I side is pretty normal temperature. YOU WILL NEED A BAG to carry around they don't give plastic bags. The service overall is just clean and not friendly but decent. Parking lot is usually vast and available.

My favorite store! There are a few things they don't carry, for instance, sentence with Splenda and distilled water. Other than those very few things, I find everything I need and at a very good price. There are lots of organic options.

Aldi is a place I have been going to for years, it's nice to know there is one in this location. Also, it has more options than the one I am use to.

After a less than stellar experience at the Walmart across the street, I decided to give Aldi a try and I'm glad I did. This store is much cleaner and the employees are professional, friendly and helpful. Produce was fresher and prices were great! This will be my new grocery store.
