I have had reason to use Ajax Business Interiors twice now for expansions my firm has had. Both times I worked with Kevin Dobey and he has been the picture of professionalism and expediency. He made sure I was aware of the logistics and possible issues that could arise. Communication was prompt and thorough every time. We just furnished 2 offices and replaced 5 large filing cabinets. Kevin was amazing at helping us with floor plan and sizing the furniture for the space. It was delivered in 8 days, set up by 2 great guys within 70 minutes. So p!eased. PS: It was a terrific value too!?

I walked in on a Friday afternoon shortly before closing with a list of three very specific pieces I needed. Mark let me browse but stayed nearby in case I had questions. He helped me find everything I needed and we wrapped things up well before quitting time. Everyone was very cordial and professional. They have a ginormous selection of new and used office furniture. I will definitely be back for future needs.

I bought a used Herman Miller Aeron from Kevin at AJAX Business Interiors.It turned out that the $400 chair he sold me had the lumbar part (called posturefit) which costs $127 totally broken.He even admitted to it. I have him saying that on message. I offered to buy a cheaper lumbar part for just $37 and install it myself. Yet after a lot of cajoling he only refunded me $20.Totally unethical. He should have refunded me $127 or taken the chair back and been prompt about it.No response despite 7 messages in 1.5 weeks.Totally unethical.

Should have read the reviews about the owner being a d@#$ before I wasted my time going in this place. Wanted to go their because it says "used furniture warehouse" on their Google page and I was looking for an older, wooden filing cabinet.Walked in and their was a nice younger guy that greeted me.Then the owner came over and I asked if he had any wooden filing cabinets. He said no. I asked if he knew of any other used furniture warehouses in the area and he made a suggestion and then just walked away from me even though I was still talking to him and he made a rude comment while walking away that used furniture warehouses don't "work for him".Doesn't value customer service.

Went here looking to furnish our new office. Showroom was clean with lots of options in various price ranges. Selected everything we liked and three weeks later it was delivered and assembled right in my office. Simple and to the point. Very happy and highly recommend.

Great store if you're looking for some office furniture. Been there twice. Both times to purchase an office chair. Both times I got a lot of support selecting my chairs. The staff there are friendly and not at all pushy. Prices range from low 100's to some over 500, so one can really choose what they want and what they can afford. Large selection as well! The furniture that is "used" is in excellent condition!

I quoted several businesses for our department make over and Ajax had the best pricing. For some that might be enough, but they exceeded every expectation we had and more. The hit every deadline and installed an entire room with 26 work spaces in one day. I would recommend them without hesitation. 5 star all the way.
