I was charged $20.70 for 3 packs of 305's mental 100 gold. The price is wrong. It is way overcharged and when I tried to call the store it says the phone number is not in service. This will definitely be my last time to this location. Maybe somebody pocketed the extra money. The pack price with tax is usually about $5.80 so they overcharged me by quite a bit.

Not even 1 star This store, even with my rewards a pack of cigarettes $12 dollars. I will never go back to that store.

Not much to say about my experience. It was satisfactory and I will return.But I did offer more opinions after seeing a request among the written experiences of others that came from the store owner asking for beneficial thoughts about his store.Its a typical 7 -11 which is my usual choice if nearby and when I stop for gas, lottery, and a beverage plus something I need but do not want to drive far.This 7-11 seemed to have most the emergency items usually carried by all but it seemed the space in the store was not being completely utilized for more sales.If addl inventory is a temp problem then put service type machines like atms or new crypto atm that could bring in curious users since they are not found in the majority of conv stores yet.This store has a lot of potential,outside as well as inside.The parking lot is large enough to handle a UHaul rental if the franchise allows or 2 car spaces with EV service.Unfortuneately, on a personal negative note, I feel a non chalant attitude at the cash registers. The tasks are being performed but without the sincerity to please customers.Talking between themselves, making comments to each other, possibly just not the out going type, but not while customers can see minutes passing while waiting and no sense of immediancy coming from behind the counter to quickly serve the patron. I have interacted with one clerkwhom does the job in a positive, efficient, pleasing manner(in my opinion) out of 5 other employees. I am aware of, having been there three times in two recent weeks.I believe the store could and hopefully should become greatly successful. I will continue to go there and I wish the best to the owner.

Evening employees are rude, always accuse people of stealing. They let a homeless person sit in there all day and night, accusing people of stealing too. They never want to cook or do their job but quick to try and acusse someone.

Got a Car wash at the pump and got no receipts. Went in and told the story to the kid behind the register. Looks up in the system, prints receipts and later on says sorry I can't help you. Is this a joke? What type of training to they go through? The older lady was able to help and printed a receipt that has the code to the car wash. It's not my problem your employees don't replace the receipts at the pump gas...

Since when did 7-11 start putting $175. Authorizations to pump Regular gas? I only pumped $25.01...this isn't PILOT or Flying Js where the semi trucks go!

Even though I live across the street from this location, I now drive out of my way to go anywhere else. For what ever reason there prices are higher than any other convenient store in the area. 1 bag of ice is $4 after tax, claims to be 10lbs, even though the bag is barely 3/4 full.Also use to only come here for two flavors of energy drink that I prefer. After two months of everyday purchasing, buying atleast two a day. They stopped re-ordering them? No problem with the distribution end, because now I just have them shipped to my door.
