I've been coming to this location for years today. I was overcharged for a bag of candy. I bought the price tag, which was $1.97 they charged me $3.69 that's false advertisement and illegal. I'm including picture to show the price tag before they try to change it to hide their mistake

Extremely dirty, the fountain drink and Slurpee area looked like it had not been cleaned in months. The counters at the front had sticky stuff all over it.

Horrible Service I try not to go to that one but I had a emergency at 130 am had a allergic reaction to peanuts need Benadryl the door lock n guy just staring behind counter waving me to go away I’m like this is suppose to be 24 hrs

Very grimy and rude workers, all Uber driver and doordash do not deliver to this 7 eleven. It was very unclean nasty as I walked in. Stay away horrible people horrible owners

I was in earlier tonight and a very nice, professional guy waited on me. His name was Kyle. I was pleasantly surprised at his customer service skills and almost felt like I was in a different 7-11 (a normal one) while there. Usually there's a crowd of strange people who hang out inside and get to know the staff inside. For the first time tonight after years, I did not witness that.

What a difference it makes when an employee has passion for their job! I have been shopping at the 7-11 on 2030 Gulf-to-Bay Blvd in Clearwater, FL for the last 30 years, and what I saw this morning blew my mind. The ENTIRE STORE IS IMMACULATE! From the bathrooms to the ice chest, there's not even a straw wrapper or napkin on the floor. I have never seen this store look so presentable. Ever. I feel compelled to sincerely compliment Stacy & Scott for a job well done! This is not a solicited review, nor do I expect anything in return. I'm simply a very satisfied customer expressing some gratitude. Their franchisee partner needs to know just how good of a job they're doing; and it's not sporadic, it's every shift they work. They need to be compensated for turning this store around. It wouldn't surprise me if the year over year increase in top line revenue shows an increase of at least 25 to 30 %. Show the love by giving each of them a performance raise increase. They deserve it. Big time.
