Had a corner, gulf-view room, which was bright, airy, and breezy. Enjoyed the one-man bands, which shut off promptly at 10:00. Great pool for swimming. Delicious virgin Pina colada and virgin key lime smoothie drinks.

When we checked in very late on 1/18, the young man at the front desk (TJ) was very fun, helpful, and easy to work with! Even at 1 am! Thank you! (We heart TI! Lol!)

The worst experience with the “music” blaring out side room from outdoor location until 11:00 pm. Some of us are not “spring breakers”. The racket is totally upsetting. We had s long flight and have an appointment at 7:00 am tomorrow. Not happy with this nonsense. I talked to staff several times about beach view (a peak between two buildings) and the “band” was never mentioned. Aside from not mentioning the racket, the staff was very nice. I want my money and my sanity and sleep back!

The place seemed to be in disrepair. The bed and sheets were clean but the rest was outdated. The view was okay. But I wanted to see Beach and there is no beach view. There is view of the water and you can see it splashing up to the brake wall at the edge but there is no sand to look at. It is on the corner of a channel going out to the Gulf

I've been coming here for years, and the hotel is starting to feel tired. Most of the arcade games are broken, along with several chairs in the lobby and the deck by the bar is covered in plywood. Ballroom looks outdated.Cleaning staff does a great job. Copious coffee in room is convenient. It appears to be under renovation, so I will update next visit.Walkability: Right next to many eateries and public beaches.
