“A convenient airport to fly in and out of. We have experienced some delays here. It's a smaller airport but only four miles from our summer home. This makes it very convenient. They have a couple of car rental places in the terminal and they are always offering upgrades, which is nice. It's a direct flight from where we live in Rockford Illinois. I like that. There isn't a huge line for security check. They do have a restaurant upstairs but I've rarely seen it open for business. The gift shop is rarely open when I've been there. There was a storm going on last time we were there to pick up a friend and they circled the airport for over an hour waiting to land due to lightning. It was a little frustrating for my friend as well as us however, safety comes first!”

I then worked with Erik, and he got me on the road in a timely manner. Both employees were very pleasant. The vehicle we rented suited our needs perfectly. If you are in need of a rental vehicle, I would highly recommend Hertz at the corner of Park and Starkey.”
“Wonderful experience here. I arrived 45 minutes early but my car was ready and they adjusted my reservation to let me pick it up early. Did everything online ahead of time so was in & out super quickly. Got a free upgrade to a SUV. Car was super clean and had a full tank of gas when I picked it up. I returned the car to another location. No issues.
Another customer came in and was honestly pretty rude to the guys at the counter but they were still polite and handled it well.
I'm always nervous about doing anything with cars alone as a woman but they were respectful, didn't try to overcharge or upsell me on anything (aside from the toll package). Would recommend to anyone!”
