Unfortunately, when we arrived in St. Pete Beach, we were met with the reality that was Hurricane Debby so we made the decision to rent a car and drive back home the following day. Allegiant Air was absolutely no help but Alamo stepped up and made the necessary adjustments to allow us to drive our previously rented vehicle back to Kentucky. The St. Pete Alamo return lot staff including Sara were exceptional and the Blue Grass Field return lot Staff was equally great.”

“For starters, my King and I searched for a rental car in our area, which is in St. Pete. EVERYTHING was unavailable due to it being Memorial weekend, SHOCKER right!? Lol, well, it was by the Grace of God to have aligned with this Enterprise in Clearwater. We set the reservation online for a compact car to get around to our baby shower the following day. When I arrived, everyone was very welcoming and had smiles on their faces. Mickey helped get everything set up in the system. We shared genuine smiles and congratulations given that his wife is carrying an angel in her womb and so am I! I was then helped by Savanah, giving me the tour of the car. She was so patient, supportive, and kind. Lastly, Mike put the icing on the cake by delivering more than expected, going above and beyond, with great energy. After being helped by that entire team I'd HIGHLY recommend everyone to go to this Enterprise. Thank you team for being AMAZING. We will definitely be returning customers.”
