“I had a lot of trouble getting my Easy Pay card set and working. They ask for way too much information when you are setting up the account and you keep thinking you are done when there is more to do. Then I couldn't get the card to work, people behind the counter did not help, and online help gave me the wrong directions. So here is how to use it.1. Put your card in the slot, face side up.2. It will ask for something like "Mobile"3. Then it will tell you to enter your loyalty number which is your phone number.4. Then it will ask for your 4 digit pin so be sure and remember what number you chose when you set up your account.The gas price will drop down $.10 a gallon. For the first month you have the card, they will credit your account with an additional discount. They will also email you with each use stating the amount you charged and whether you earned an additional discount.”
“It's a circle k... Not sure yet what location I'm reviewing at the moment because I have visited 3 or 4 different locations recently. 2 of the locations were really big, very nice, newer stores. Either way I have no complaints. Circle k stores are pretty reliable. Oh and the ez pay is good for saving some money on gas. ?? Update: Crystal River location is actually my favorite location. Sometimes I wish they would make it bigger, but somehow it all works out even if we have to wait for a few minutes for an open pump. Every now and then there's someone that parks at 2 pumps and takes their sweet time inside the store??♀️??♀️”
“We get our firewood for our rental house Stay Awhile fire pit. Nice country convenience store with everything except batteries. You have to go to Dollar Tree for those. The firewood bundle is enough for a few hours of smores and drinking around the fire. I would recommend this store. It's not far from the main shopping center but easier to get out of.”

I'm currently driving across the state of Florida having health issues I needed a few things from inside but didn't have the strength or energy to do so. So I called the store and asked for help. Anthony came right out and help me with my transactions. And did it all with a smile on his face. Great customer service Anthony”

I thought I lost my AirPods there the other day, thats where the location was showing them located?!?They were very helpful and looked around to see if they had been turned in. “Always a delight to visit the pharmacy, Corey the pharmacist is such a caring person, always available for questions about meds or insurance or anything to do with pharmacy. She makes you feel like you are the only customer. 5 stars for her. All the other assistants to Corey are top class, special mention to Leah, though young I can tell she cares, she’s going places. In fact everyone in the whole store who I’ve interacted with were on the ball, the atmosphere overall was welcoming.
Came back many times and always was great customer service, today, Leah went above and beyond to help me out. Yes Leah, I mean you, brilliant customer service and such a nice personality, your co- workers surely gave you a thumbs up that you we now one of them, well done Leah and everyone!”

Because EVERY SINGLE GAS STATION charges more when using Credit or a Credit Card to purchase gasoline. They have been doing it that way for at least the last 25 yrs to 30 yrs. Possibly longer. That's just how long I have have been aware of it. So plz disregard her statement.”
