I don't recommend this T- mobile, Location. very bad customer service, very young staff without knowledge of mobile systems just to port my number from another carrier takes more than one hour and at the end of the process was not completed.the day after my visit, I had to complete the process myself with the help of an Online Customer Service agent. T-Mobile gives good service, but NOT at this branch!

This is the 2nd time I've been in this store and I am being 100% honest when I say its been the best customer service experience I've had the pleasure to experience. Both times I've walked in that store both Sean and his manager John are going above and beyond to assist every customer that walks in that door. It truly is fun watching them work. Sean has been amazing to work with, assisting me with my upgrades to my plan as well as my devices. John is a spectacular manager and the vibe in the store has always been welcoming.If I had to give a negative it would be the offensive Christmas music they have playing. When I asked John about it he did inform me his hands are tied, which I understand, however, it not only offend me but also an elderly couple that was there. That is the only thing that makes the experience in this store bad. Please do something about it.

After alot of confusion and some miscommunication Jon and staff were able to correct issues we had with our MiFi and with billing. In the long run Jon fixed the hotspot issue, saved us $ on our monthly bill and corrected a billing issue. He went above and beyond to help us, even while being sick. Thank you Jon and staff. John dose not follow through on his promises. He has cost us alot of money opening a new account to see if he could fix ours. It didn't and he never closed it. Now we have to work with corporate to fix it. In the meantime we took a hit on our credit score.

Young female CSR VERY VERY HELPFUL in my returning some equipment and keeping other. The T_mobile online and telephone system Qasim lacking in efficiency.

I recently traded in a phone at this store. I was switching from another carrier, and activating the new eSIM was problematic at best. Jon spent several hours for several days working with tech support to try and get the eSIM activated. The problem ended up being with the previous carrier, which Jon suspected from the start, but he remained determined to get the phone working without having to change my phone number.During the week that we were in and out troubleshooting this issue, many customers observed his dedication and customer advocacy during the time that I was in the store and was the best I've ever seen anywhere. The rest of the staff in the store, Sierra, Sean, Steven, and Kylee were very polite and eager to assist every customer. They dealt with difficult customers in tactful, polite ways and always provided courteous service.Jon is the best I've ever seen at multi-tasking in order to assist customers promptly. Between my visit and my parents visit the following month, we saw moments where Jon was working on several different phones for several different customers at the same time in order to get people helped quickly.There will always be unhappy customers for whatever makes them cranky that day, but in my 45 years of existence, I have never experienced customer service as friendly, efficient, and customer centered as I did in this store each and every time I've gone in. Their dedication to their customers is top notch and I would encourage anybody that visits to grab Jon a coffee from Cattle Dog next door (they know what he likes).To Jon and team: my son, my parents and I all thank you for what you do and wish you many blessings! You have saved my son and I $200 each per month and my parents have decreased their internet & phone bill by almost $300 per month because of your help. Thank you so much!

I had an issue with billing that was not getting resolved over the phone. Even if it did get resolved it was a new problem the next month. Jon and his staff were so patient and incredibly helpful.

God Bless You All who goes to this T Mobile Store.I am limited on a wheel chair with multiple battles and as a cancer survivor. I go to the YMCA near by daily for my therapy as I live in Inverness. this past few months :) Glory To God. Has been one trial after the next with my telephones. You go to Heritage mall T Mobile Store. Jon and His Staff will treat you just as you are one of their own from the store in a family setting They go above over and beyond for their customers. and you go there you do not feel that you are getting taking advantage of, they do their best to assist you in every way possible. I highly recommend this T Mobile Store for everyone who is in the area, or what ever you circumstances may be. God Bless You All and God Bless Everyone of Jon and His Team from T Mobile.
