Changed the manufacturer of my medication (obviously to save money) and it metabolizes entirely different and now I'm stuck with it for the rest of the month. Leaving.

Let’s begin that I got my Rxs filled at the CVS Citrus Hills location only because I was working in that area so it was really convenient to drop by, pick up my refills then head home. Not once have I had any problems refilling ANY of my medications until this new pharmacy took over. And I mean really took over to where she has refused to refill a Rx because “it is detrimental to my health to take with another Rx and she doesn’t feel safe filling it.” I have been on the same meds for over 15 years strongly suggested to take together by 3 prior MD’s. That said, I do not take them at the same time given I have not had the one she refused to refill for over 3 months. Not to mention, the line winds close to the registers when the pharmacist came to “counsel me” she disclosed my diagnosis at a normal speaking volume. I turned around giving her a hint that I did not appreciate that at all. After complaining to my provider, she called me back and told me she still refuses to refill my Rx. The next day I called CVS headquarters but the man seemed to not understand why I was calling. Therefore I followed up by called CVS headquarters again and it seemed I was getting somewhere. They (the 2 ladies I spoke with) told me I will be hearing back from them very soon. Nothing. This has forced me to leave CVS all together and use a complete new pharmacy since I do not feel safe with them filling any Rxs. Beware of the pharmacist at CVS Citrus Hills and keep in mind that you get nowhere even if you complain to headquarters.

Bathroom is disgusting. They have an employee and a customer bathroom and the customer bathroom is dirty. No toilet paper. You would think they would have a clean bathroom since most customers are older. CVS you need to do better by your customers.

It's really inconvenient when you have medication called in the Friday before and you have to wait till 10:00 a.m. to pick up for your medication. God forbid you have to pick it up on Sunday you have to wait till 11:00 am. No other pharmacies that I've been to has had such crap hours. I'm moving my stuff to Walgreens where they work decent hours.

Thank you Tiffany for being a fantastic employee. I watched her walk around and read labels to a customer that forgot her glasses, then she turned around and spoke to every customer in the store. She was so pleasant and helpful. She was even ringing customers up instead of pushing us to self checkout.

I was discharged from the local hospital this evening with severe pneumonia. The hospital sent three medications over to the CVS pharmacy. My husband got there at 6:30 PM and picked up what he thought was all of the medications that the hospital sent over. When I got home and looked at my medications, I couldn't find the inhaler it was prescribed. There were only two out of the three filled. My husband got right back in the car and drove less than a mile down the road to get my third medication, which was the most important one, the inhaler to get me through this Evening until the antibiotics kick in. He was behind one car in line and pulled up right at 6:59p when the lady in the window got a complete attitude and explain that the reason it was never filled as because it's not covered by insurance. She provided No option to fill it. No apology for not telling him not even 20 minutes ago that there were three medications, however, one isn't covered. Would you still like us to fill it for you. Nothing! Just allowed him to leave without even mentioning the non-covered inhaler, which was the most important to get me through tonight. I would've paid $1000 out of pocket!!!! I don't care if it's not covered by insurance. As a pharmacy tech, a pharmacist whoever you were you need to educate the patient When there are x amount of medications But only x amount are covered. Not just ignore the medication in total. The pharmacy is now closed, and I have nothing to help me with with my intermittent breathing issues. I will be back in the morning To pick up my medication and ask about this issue and the incompetence That took place this evening. Do better CVS!!!!!!

Melisa is extremely rude. Not helpful at all. Yelled at an elderly woman who was trying to find a way to pay for scripts. Argued with me after I showed her text that CVS had sent. I would have let it go but again today I witness her telling a person that maybe they needed a new dr. The man was in shock as were the others in line. So she either had 2 bad days or she is just not good at communicating and seems to have O compassion.

Visit #1- my doctor wasn’t certified to write prescription. Visit #2- prescription not in-stock (could have mentioned this previous visit). Visit #3- line 10 customers deep, guy in front of me said line hasn’t moved for 10 minutes, so I left. Visit #4-finally able to pick up my prescription but for whatever reason, pharmacist had a sour attitude and wouldn’t volunteer any information.Think I’ll stick with Walgreens.

The service at this CVS is the worst. I miss the CVS in Beverly Hills a lot - I never had a problem with the store or pharmacy regarding finding what I needed or customer service. Citrus Hills CVS sucks at both.
