The last 3 times I've used this pharmacy has been extremely FRUSTRATING! Even with scheduled appointment, waited 10 minutes for ANYONE to even acknowledge me and still had to wait another 20-30 mins for shot during each visit! I love making appointments as patients have busy lives too but that does not seem to matter to anyone working in the pharmacy! My BP goes up every time!

Trying to call and get a human is crazy. Completely closing at lunch til 2:00 did not open till 11:00. Awful service

Run....don't walk, if you want any type of compassion or customer service from your pharmacy. Would NOT recommend, would rate ZERO if I could. Rudest pharmacist on the phone I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with today. Because she was having a bad day, and didn't want to LISTEN, she retaliated by repeatedly putting me on hold. We will be moving our business elsewhere.

I find the staff to be very kind and accommodating. Even in the face of short-staffing and overwhelming business they remain professional and polite. Marcy the pharmacist went over and above for me. I'm very grateful. It's tough to be nice in the face of adversity!

My stuff is seldom ready when I go there. Even when it's called in like the day before. Staff is friendly and helpful when I need them, and they give good deals like money back on items purchased to be used on future purchases. They also have a cool program where they will train pharmacy techs to be licensed while working there. I just wish they were more on the ball when I go to pick up my medicine, having it ready when I need it!
