“I can't begin to describe my appreciation to the EMCO team for their help with Cookie when the three of us appeared Friday night in dire straits. Cookie had the large intestine compaction and my husband and I had had an emotional overload of bad news about Cookie's future prognosis after his surgery earlier in the day at Ocala Equine Hospital (another fabulous place with a team who did a wonderful job).With the onset of colic, they recommended EMCO where Cookie needed to be transported to immediately. A special thanks to Dr. Carpenter and the techs that night that dealt with the three of us. Besides knowledge and professionalism, I was blown away by the compassion and caring for all of us as she may have saved Cookie's life.Special thanks also to Dr. Henry and Harrison for the daytime care and compassion they showed the three of us also. They were very kind and patient and allowed me a lot of hang-out time with Cookie.
