Mail man carrier doesn't even bother to get out of the vehicle to deliver what is supposed to be signed or left with resident. He lies and puts a note inside mailbox stating Noone was home when He doesn't even bother getting off the car. Im sorry you’re lazy but do your job if not ask for a desk job. Im sick of it and it’s always the same guy!

I have mailed packages a few times & the lady ( short hair) has always been super friendly & helpful !!! It's a much better change than the Gainesville post office I used before!

We have always had issues w/our mail here on 316 & old Jax since 2005, like our BILLS NOT SHOWING UP UNTIL RIGHT BEFORE or EVEN AFTER their due date or MAIL COMPLETELY MISSING & only realizing it once we speak to the senders, or even it looking like it was PULLED OUT of the TRASH!!BUT THIS PUSHED ME TO MY LIMIT...I shipped an item USPS GROUND I sold on ebay on Sept 15th 2023 & it was said to arrive in 2-6 business days. It DIDN'T ARRIVE UNTIL OCT 5th 2023!! After leaving this facility all the tracking info would read was "arriving late to facility" for TWO WEEKS! This cost me having my Ebay account restricted & a case opened requiring me to refund buyer so not only did they get the item but I also lost $219.00. I had insurance on it thru the post office but since it was technically EVENTUALLY "delivered" it served me no purpose. Looks like I'll have to DRIVE to 60th Ave post office or Gainesville which is TERRIBLY INCONVENIENT & UNJUST! WHY SHOULD THIS COMMUNITY BE PROVIDED A LESS THAN GOVERNMENT SERVICE THAN OTHERS??I was just getting revved up & am relatively new to selling on eBay & was needing to rely heavily on income generated from online selling since a recent change in my health but now the largest & #1 source for online sales WON'T EVEN HAVE ME. It doesn't help that human beings don't answer at ebay to hear my side.It's unfortunate because the ladies in the post office are very sweet. However, BOTTOM LINE IS THIS POST OFFICE IS UNRELIABLE & I'M SURE SOME CODE OF ETHICS IS BEING BREACHED HERE. WHY DOESN'T ANYONE BOTHER TO LOOK INTO IT? LOOK AT THE REVIEWS!! WE SHOULD BE ABLE TO TRUST OUR MAIL TO BE DELIVERED ON TIME & BY TRUSTWORTHY PEOPLE WHOSE BACKGROUNDS HAVE BEEN EXTENSIVELY CHECKED & QUALITY CONTROL OF THEIR WORK REGULARILY REVIEWED. I guess probably because like us, we have all gotten complacent & accepting that this was just small town ways & just allowed it until something so bad happened we finally speak up. Just because this is a small town doesnt mean we should accept a smaller standard of quality especially when it comes to work ethic. I'm sorry I didnt speak up sooner & I hope if you live around here & have trouble w/these issues or others that you make it known so HOPEFULLY someone higher up may TAKE NOTICE & FIX IT!! PLEASE!!!

If I could give no stars I would. Well it's more for the mail lady that delivers mail on 316 with the yellow truck. Our mail never gets delivered on Thursday and I swear she just skips random days. We get things days late that looked like they was thrown on the floor and stomped on. We have made several complaints to the post office about her not even trying to deliver our packages. Nothing is ever done.
