We went in September and posted all our Christmas cards to the UK that were posted later in the year and had the "Christmas postmark" on thus showing they were posted in Christmas. Well we posted about 50 cards and only one person noticed the postmark...

"Let's give a round of applause to this location for earning a solid one-star rating from me, all in the festive spirit of Christmas. Unless you're in the mood to bump into movie extras from 'The Hills Have Eyes,' I'd suggest steering clear of this place. Picture a setting straight out of a post-apocalyptic movie, complete with what looks like a closed shop but with mysterious voices drifting from the shadows – what a treat!
So, here's a tale that'll warm your heart. I had this brilliant idea to send a prepaid cellphone to my dad in Puerto Rico (not a state, but hey, it's a cool territory). Enter Mr. Policy, who kindly informs me that yes, USPS can indeed handle shipping a phone - a revelation after my 35 years of sending stuff to my folks. My 85-year-old dad needed a new phone, (cue the sarcasm).
I pick a box, but Mr. Policy decides a smaller one would do the trick. Now, I'm all about 'bigger is better' to avoid mail mishaps, but hey, why argue with Mr. Policy, right? Then, the showstopper. Mr. Policy pops the million-dollar question: 'Has the phone been turned on?' I proudly say 'yes,' thinking I need to set it up for my tech-savvy dad (he's like a sharper version of Biden, bless him). And bam! Mr. Policy drops the bombshell: 'Can't ship it if it's been turned on.' Ah, the mysteries of USPS policy never cease to amaze!
According to Mr. Policy, this phone must travel by ground - because, you know, flying phones are a hazard (insert my best confused face here). Is there a secret Miami-Puerto Rico bridge I missed in the last 50 years? Who knew! To avoid a lecture on ground shipping, I make a hasty exit and head to another USPS office, where I ship the package - insured, tracked, and snug in a USPS box - for a whopping $10.90. Take that, Christmas USPS location!
Consider this my holiday gift to the internet world, a cautionary tale wrapped in humor and sarcasm. May it entertain, enlighten, and perhaps make a few chuckles along the way. Cheers to the 3 out of maybe 10 customers who braved that USPS location today. Here's to hoping they find their way out too!"

Horrible experience! The employee extremely rude and racist! I called and ask before going to this location and her worker confirmed me I could go bringing my document. Once there she told me oh I already close the system for today. It was 4 pm and they close at 5. I told her I called her before going and I was on time, also she was the one I talked in the phone with , I drove 40 minutes because that was the only location with fast appointments for passport. She looked at me , laught and say sorry in a very sarcastic way and walked away. I called to speak with the manager and she never pass me the phone . She was rude!!!!

I was greeted by someone who didn't seem to like their job very much. I got attitude before I could say hello.

Two things:1) YES, they do the special Christmas, FL postmark from December 1-24. Make sure to drop off your already stamped Christmas cards to staff and let them know you want the postmark. If you just drop it off in the blue collection box outside, it is likely to have the normal Orlando postmark.2) Contrary to other reviews, staff here was kind and considerate.

Having just completed an exhausting but amazing weekend in Savannah, and needing to pick up my girlfriend's dog, this was a perfectly situated parking lot halfway along our route.

Fast and great service. I went in at 12:25pm to turn in my daughter's passport application. The lady postal employee worked very fast and was extremely efficient. We were out of there in 10 minutes. It helped to have my documents ready, so call ahead to see what is required. Thank you Christmas post office! Keep up the great work

the people who work here have your typical lazy government employee attitude! They do not want to work or deliver any sort of customer service. Always and all of them with an attitude on their face! Horrible and I am sure they are laughing about this review because they do not care and know that nothing will EVER EVER NEVER will happen to their job. It is terrible!

I went to this location to get my passport. I was assisted by Collin and he was lovely. He had a line of people waiting for their appts and he remained very pleasant and helpful. He was very quick with the process and maintained a great attitude. Thank you Collin!

Drove all the way to get the Christmas, FL postmark for the first tome in 20 years... no special postmark. Read "Orlando". Nothing special! 20 years too late!
