Took my autistic kid there to get his hair cut just trying it out and he was slightly moving around and the lady kept getting an attitude huffing and puffing and constant eye rolling, will not go back to this place or recommend it and quiet frankly I think the place needs to be closed down for the horrible service

I have a disability that inhibits my ability to care for my hair to a great extent. I went to a place for a professional cut but it had grown a little so I went to Walmart to trim back the long areas. I told the lady dark redish hair ( she was either talking to herself or a phone) what I needed. She told me to stop watching my program and put my purse away. I didn’t even have my phone in my hand let alone watch a program. Trying to close my purse she kept spraying my hair and purse telling me to put my purse away. I gave up trying to close it. She snatched it and put it on the floor along with my glasses. Since I was going in I didn’t brush my hair. She mumble saying she had to brush a rats nest and pulled my hair so hard my head went backwards. She cut my hair all the way down to the neck and the ears. She destroyed the cut I had paid a lot of money for into uneven jagged mess. It wasn’t even anywhere. . I told her it was suppose to look fuller. She said get a blow dryer and styling products. I told her that because of my disability I couldn’t hold a dryer long let alone put products in it. She just said; “Well get someone else do it” and then walked away leaving me without my purse and glasses. I found my purse but couldn’t find my glasses. She walked back and asked what was taking so long. She said “ Well I didn’t have them”. I’m legally blind. She went to the counter. My daughter came over and walked me to the counter and the lady just asked for 46.00. My hair cut and my daughters . I was left crying walking out of Walmart with my husband. She had the nerve to ask for a tip. Cut one is shoulder length hair my cut thats easy to care for. The one she did was at my neck and the sides are uneven and jagged. As she cut i explained how I wanted it but she only talked under her breath and cut as she wanted. It is far from shoulder length and the sides are cut to thin to be repaired at another salon

First time there not busy but the lady who buzzed my husband hair bragged how much she paid for her clippers and talked about how much she paid for this and that who cares didn't do a very good job missed some areas how hard is a buzz cut down to scalp

I got my hair cut around 3-4 weeks ago and I asked for A LITTLE BIT off the top.My hair was 6-7 inches. She cut my hair and left 1 INCH left. The women’s shears sounded like a lawnmower and when she cut the top of my head. Instead of using her clippers, She decided to use her SHEARS. She left my hair uneven and i looked STUPID. Clearly she is unprofessional and deserves to get her license tooken away. Or at least get trained again. She is an older woman with red hair thats right in front of the entrance. 0/10 experience. Please don’t waste your time going to this hair salon.

The worst cut and wax I have ever had. I asked for about 3-4 inches cut off, long layers, and side bangs. Nothing crazy hard, I thought. What I got was about 6-7 inches cut off, short layers (on one side with nothing on the other), bangs on one side that go all the way over to my ear. Stylist panicked and had to blow dry my hair to try and see what it would look like dry and "fix it". She kept saying "I think once you straighten it, it will look great." No, it looks like a butchered mess that my 8 year old could have done. I left completely speechless and in tears with butchered hair, eyebrows that do not match, and a half-waxed lip. I absolutely do not recommend Sharon(?) at all.

Teresa has been cutting my hair for around 7 years. I would say she is the best hair stylist I have ever been too. She is friendly and easy to talk to. I would recommend her to anyone.

Went in at 515 to get 2 kids hair cuts and was told by the lady that they couldn't get us in because the closed soon. Why say you close at 6 if you stop taking customers before 530?

Lady cut to much off my head. I showed her where i wanted it and she cut it 2 inches shorter. Then she faded my side burns when i didn't even say to touch them. Also did a fade when i wanted skin. Had to come home and shave my head way short just to get it evened out. Went from a viking style cut to having to go high and tight. Wont be back again. 18 months of growth have gone to waste because she didn't listen and assumed.
