CVS no longer allows you to speak with a pharmacist over the phone. You have to leave a message and hope they call you back.

Slow service at drive through pharmacy is awful. Husband is in line to pick up meds for 10 minutes and as soon as the car in front of him moved they closed the window. Rude!!!!!

Store clean.
Regular high-priced drug store.
Longer than normal wait time to buy one item.
Love that it's a national pharmacy in my home city and travel city.

As many others on here have said, it's impossible to talk to the pharmacy without physically going there. They pick up the phone and immediately hang up.

Cvs no longer accepts Good rx for prescriptions if they are otc drugs. What the heck ? It's a prescription from a doctor. What difference does it make. Just another way to make medications cost more than they should.

When you call they pick the phone up and then hang up without saying anything. I think we should get away from this chain pharmacy and start using local ones thar really to appreciate your business.

After waiting on hold for 10 minutes the first time they picked up said nothing and hung up on me. Then I called back and waited about another 15 minutes for them to answer again and the woman that answered immediately got irritated because I asked about how much the medication would be and she just loudly said (oh my god...) and then proceeded to shout at me what the price would be. I'm usually a CVS fan but the one in Chipley literally when it comes to customer service sucks this pharmacy needs help

The pharmacy portion of this CVS has lost my family's business. Marissa should not be an employee at this pharmacy. She is rude, impatient, will not answer questions, is unprofessional and yells at customers. She knew she was in trouble when we asked for the store manager and then laughed in our faces and stomped off. The pharmacist and the store manager were very professional, helpful, and answered our questions and helped us.

The staff here are always very friendly. The pharmacy staff are also really nice.
