You have a 3.2 rating for a reason. I'm in the same town. You can't expect people to accept a service that only achieves 8-24 Kbps and expect it to be 'ok'. It doesn't even serve up text in a decent amount of time.I also receive a fixed IP Address every time I connect when you're supposedly using DHCP. The connection frequently drops and reconnects (10+ times in a night). When higher speeds are observed, they're quickly scaled back to 8-24 kbps and remain flat at those speeds. If I disconnect and reconnect, I'm connected without internet capability because there's no default gateway (ipconfig will show this). Are you using fixed IPs to suppress bandwidth to certain users?Your service isn't just deceitful, it's frustrating and annoying. And don't feed me a line about how it's the owners fault. They had no idea what you're talking about when you stated they regulate the amount of bandwidth each guest receives.I 'believe' it was something you implemented without they're knowledge to save your own butt because you new you were going to hit the wall on bandwidth so you suppressed the traffic coming from their establishment. You're ripping people off everyday. You have a 3.2 rating for a reason. Get serious about your business and it's model - unless that model is to simply rip people off and then take the money and run.

They are communicative. The service is better than others that I have used in rural Levy county. There are outages but it seems like the provider is dedicated to resolving issues in an expedited manner. I would recommend the service to anyone that is in a service area.

Can't seem to be able to be a customer, was sung praise like an angelic choir but the only evidence I can see is a massively oversold service (like a water dept with not enough water). If I can get a return call and appt I will update.

I paid for Viasat for 7 years before I made the switch to wifiber. _____Pros: Office staff is always super nice & willing to help. Quick Installation. The speed is awesome! With Viasat I could only stream one device at a time and could only watch netflix (on the highest plan 160$ Mo.). When WiFiber internet is “working” at full speed it’s truly amazing! I can now watch Disney+, Hulu, & Prime. I can also stream multiple devices. ____Cons: After a month of service the speeds seem to drop here and there. I call and they reboot my radio. I’ve had to do this 2 times since my original install. They say it’s not normal and if it continues they will send someone to investigate the issue. We have also had very stormy weather, So I can’t completely speak to the longevity of having consistently high speeds. I will also say even at the low speed, it’s comparable to Viasat & I can still stream some apps on SD. Honestly, If I have to call twice a month for a reboot, this is still wayyyyy better than Satalite internet! Give them a try, it’s no long term commitment, so you can always cancel!

Great internet service for rural areas where options are limited. Beats satellite internet by a mile. No data caps, fast enough to stream on multiple TVs. Online gaming is possible but the ping can be a bit high.

They DO NOT want any more business. They have more business than they can handle.Called first time to inquire about service, was told they were out of radios to take to my location in order to check the signal reception. Supposed to get some in 2 weeks. I left my contact information so they can call.Over 2 weeks go by and no call. So I call them again (second time). Was told that the woman I need to talk to is out for lunch and that she will call me once she is back. That woman either takes 2 days long lunch or never came back from lunch. I got no call back.So I call them again (third time).- Oh, You need to talk to Mike about service, but he's is busy right now.- OK, when can I expect a call back from him? A couple of days, a week?- No, no. He will call you tomorrow morning. Is this your phone number?- Yes.The call from Mike, you probably guessed, never came.So much for trying to support small local business.

Customer Service is by far the worst if ever had I have tried to see if they have service in my area since the end of March and every time I call I get we are busy or I’ll get back in touch with you and never receive a phone call or they say they will call you and they never call.

Every time I contact them I am informed that I would need a tower. So let me get this straight.....you want a potential customer to pay for your expansion of your services? That doesn't seem right to me. No to mention the price to pay for that tower is outrageous. You want more customers then you expand to needy areas...seems they are content with the way things are.
