Very professional staff on the phone and in person,called yesterday after getting the go around from Dish about a ongoing problem. Since they are local though I would fare better at getting something done rather than deal with someone in the Philippines. I was right as Kif was sent out within a couple of hours,he was super efficient,courteous and fixed the problem immediately. Couldn’t have asked for better service all the way around.
