“Going through some of the nicer pieces of my jewelry, I came across a sapphire necklace. Honestly, they were tiny beads of raw material... the raw look, was exactly what attracted me to the necklace in the first place. I wanted to gift the necklace however, it needed to be restrung. I decided as long as it needed to be restrung we could add 3" to the extender (silver beads) and give it more wardrobe options. I had been to Mitch's once before to have a necklace & bracelet adjusted and found them to be efficient and priced fairly. I brought my necklace in. I paid upfront and spoke to Mitch about what I was looking to have done. Within a week I was called and told my necklace was ready. What was returned to me was incredible! The clasp was replaced with one more fitting the stones, and the extension was done with gorgeous, brown pearls, sized perfectly to complement the tiny stones. If I had seen this necklace as it is now, I never would have decided to gift it. I told Mitch what I wanted, and he gave me back so much more. Thank you Mitch!”
