Don’t misunderstand- FedEx OnSite means no one who works for or with FedEx is OnSite. It’s a glorified mailbox that requires you to talk to people who can’t help you with anything other than taking or handing your completed packages.

The staff Ms Samantha was very accommodating, courteous, friendly and helpful. She was able to get the package ready for mailing.
