I had to get a new phone while on vacation. The 2 ladies working at the Cheifland FL location made the process very quick and easy for me. They were very helpful and went out of their way to get my phone set up and ready. Made something unexpected on vacation a breeze.

I went today to Cricket Wirelees in Chifland, my phone wasn't working, and Becky patiently help me, even that the system wasn't working, I don't know nothing about phone and she reboost my phone and save me and my husband pocket???she's the best
