Brought my dodge ram for recall notice. They took care of the problem in a timely manner gave me a ride home. I work was being done. Very satisfied with everything and would recommend the service department.

First time doing a review of any kind, I wanted to test drive a Jeep Wrangler with a soft top since I have never drove one with that top, I was ready to buy, cash or financing I didn’t care about that, the salesman told me they can’t let me test drive it because I have a out of state license, he said the manager might let me test drive it if I’m buying cash, I told him we haven’t even got to that part yet, I haven’t even see the car yet, He said I raise “red flags” because of being out of state, the dealership is on a city known for out of state workers from everywhere, it didn’t make any sense, worst car buying experience ever.

My two experiences with the service department have both been terrible. They are dishonest and do not work professionally… Below is an example of the work ethic at chiefland Jeep and Dodge. This is their attempt at a cabin A/C filter installation. This will be my last business made at this location. Not to mention an interior scratch that was left by the so called technician. Take your vehicle somewhere else for service. Heads up!

Great place! Nancy in the service department was fantastic! My car broke down and was towed to Chiefland Chrysler Jeep after hours. Even though it was an unexpected repair job Nancy contacted me, diagnosed the problem (new alternator), repaired it and had me back on the road the same day!

I took my truck in for a recall. It was there from 9am until 530pm. There was a message that kept showing up saying I need to fix my 911 connector. Now dodge wants to charge me for a test that cost $230 to fix their mess up! I called the gm Dennis and he doesn't care to take care of the customer. I will be making other phone call about this! For Dennis to think it's OK to yell and scream at a Customer on the phone like if he was yelling at his kids. There no professional courtesy on his part. It's sad that business today doesn't own up to their responsibility. Business can't find decent people to run their business. Maybe he was just having a bad day. When I used to run multiple million dollars companies the last thing I would do is piss my the people who keeps me in business. I really don't understand the curl and hardship of business today. It's really sad.

Guardian Angel! Mr. Terry Kelley’s actions exemplify genuine kindness and unwavering compassion in a world that can often feel chaotic. Traveling across Florida with a quarter of our journey almost complete...our battery light flickered, and all other operation came to an abrupt end, leaving us stranded with two puppies and our family in the car, Mr. Kelley stepped in. His local relationships and familiarity allowed him to swiftly call/recommend wrecker services when our Premier Road Assistance was still trying to find someone to help, and he graciously offered shelter while we waited for assistance. Mr. Terry Kelley reaffirmed that goodness still exists. During our discussion, I discovered that Mr. Kelley is also a Veteran, which makes his selflessness even more remarkable. He provided practical options for transporting our Honda to the nearest location, ensuring our safety. He even secured the help of another Chiefland Chrysler Dodge employee, Aaron, to jump-start our stranded vehicle before the impending storms. Their combined efforts were a beacon of hope. If we were in the market for a vehicle, our positive experience with Mr. Kelley and Aaron would lead us to choose Chiefland Chrysler Dodge without hesitation. Chiefland Dodge has worst service department and sales manager around. 8 months of trying to have them fix a recall that they messed up to still no fix. Called Ram care, no help. Paying for a truck I couldn't use and they could care less. Now they refuse to even look at my truck to fix what they screwed up! Owner, sales manager all were supposed to call with a compromise, no call ever made. Just kept passing the buck. Dennis and Patrick are useless!!

I use CCDJRF for anything I need done on my Ram. They have always been quick with the service getting done and the cost is what I expect. The service people are always courteous and knowledgeable and professional. And, I trust them.

Had a key fob replaced on our sons dodge journey (Raymond Brown) we were very well taken care of. Hellana done a great job. We also had a service to our dodge truck (Jason Byrd) were Hellana took care of us. She has been very helpful. We also received a follow call to be sure everything was going good and we had a good visit. Thank yall for all your help. We will use yall again.

Best experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle! We told our salesman Terry Kelley what our criteria was and he was happy to pull out all the stops. He didn't try to sell us anything out of our price range (which I hate when they do that). I am a bit picky so he let me test drive any vehicle I wanted and never once complained about having to go back in for more keys. He helped us go over the pros and cons of each vehicle to help my husband and I decide which one we wanted. The one we chose, I noticed that the alignment was a bit off and he got that scheduled right away. When I took the vehicle in for the alignment he even gave me a very nice loaner vehicle so I didn't have to sit there and wait. Our finance guy John Rolin was able to get us a lower interest rate then our credit union was willing to give us. He answered all of our questions, put up with me reading everything before we signed it, and had a great sense of humor. The people working at this dealership definitely have a way of making customers comfortable during a process most of us hate. I won't go anywhere but here when we decide to buy again.
