Mark and everyone over at Big Bend Chevy were great with our recent 24' GMC 2500 purchase. My daughter was with us and they were great in helping us entertain her.

My husband and I had a fantastic experience purchasing a new Tahoe for our family vehicle. Tony was very patient and kind and we never felt pressured to make a purchase. He took the time to show us how everything worked in the vehicle. This was my first time ever buying a brand new vehicle and Tony made the experience pleasant from start to finish! The parts and service department was also helpful in ordering some accessories for my vehicle and the materials arrived very fast. I cannot say enough positive things about Big Bend Chevrolet , you have a customer for life!

Their team of employees are focused on helping the customer make an informed decision on what is a very big financial decision these days. I wouldn't recommend these lier's.. the reviews are fake from friends or family that works there! I know these crooks!
first off I had this car a Volvo that the only issue was the break lights wouldn't shut off! This sleaze ball name Dishon putz told me his crew would work on it. Days later they say my car is ready to pick up only it won't go faster then 30 miles an hour. Those idiots in the shop destroyed my car! Messing around with the codes and ruined my Volvo worth 8,000 . Everything was rebuilt and new! No issues other than the break light sensor But then this sleaze ball Dishon putz tell me that he would give me "family pricing" on a new car because they couldn't fix what they broke
DON'T fall for that! He is a lier! So I end up selling my completely rebuilt Volvo that I've had for 10 plus years for a SUV that ends up having problem after problem first the battery then the alternator then a week later the AC stops working and this is only a week after purchasing it and they refuse to fix it tell me it's going to be $2,600 for this $1,500 for that I said oh hell no man y'all should fix that I literally just bought this vehicle from you two weeks ago! You shouldn't have three major problems after two weeks of buying a so called new car.
So I am told that Dishon would help me out once again and ended up being stuck with a worse sleaze ball named Lance! What a creeper/ typical used car salesman. I Tell him my price range test drive three cars/ truck/ SUV etc. tells me oh these are 650 a month! I said HUH? I told you my price range already Lance duh ? what an idiot.
So we end up buying this brand new car that had a push bottom to start. Going against my better judgment we bought another vehicle from them again problems with the batteries again problems with the alternator ,transmission and A/C unit condenser and paying 4,000 over the value of the car! The car was marked 17,000 and ending up at 26,000 Family pricing huh?? We were told our payments would be $247 a month ended up being 565.00 total!! A month These guys are your typical used car douchebags. Avoid this place! Read the reviews on pricing!! The five star ⭐ are fake reviews from friends or people who work there
They lie ? and don't have them work on your vehicle they will sabotage it!! In order for you to buy another car . And that liar dishonest Dishon tells you that you will give you family pricing? RUN!! He dresses like smuck and has the second office. He will sell you a car then take his side chick On a vacation! Meanwhile you are stuck with a lemon car or truck .
Lance the lier is the first office. Avoid those creepy guys. Read the paperwork in the fine print! they think they are slick and sneak stuff in. So much for "being friends" and so called
" family pricing " . we were promised a price we could afford! Big difference between 247.00 and almost 600.00 Remember friends, no such thing as friends! Everybody lies and is out for themselves.
Big bend should be called the house of lies and broken cars. I am surprised they have so called 4 stars! They over charge you for a crappy car and do not have the shop work on your vehicle! Read the reviews as they like to put the fake ones on top! Five star ⭐ lol nice try .
And if you go in there the sign anything make sure you bring an attorney! These people are not worth the trip! You're better off going to shift in gears! Honest people. We received a very nice deal from them twice now. Thanks shift and gears for being honest! And true to your word.

Shop local with someone you know and trust! Tim was very patient with us as we looked at and drove several vehicles to make sure it was just the right one. I never felt pressured to purchase anything that “didn’t feel just right”. Once we found “the one”, all features were explained and all of our questions were answered. The actual purchasing process was easy and completed quickly. Tim and his team stayed late to ensure the car was detailed and everything was completed. Great job to everyone at Big Bend Chevrolet Buick!

I have been shopping around for a new car for a few weeks now. As soon as I walked in Big Bend Chevrolet I knew I was in the right place. The atmosphere and the employees are unmatched! I highly recommend Donna&Russel they were absolutely amazing and did everything they could to make buying a car easy for me! I truly cannot thank you guys enough.

I had an issue with my car and Ashley Putz was able to get me in right away and Lewis in service went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care off. I was in and out. Super easy and super convenient. It was really nice to see the owner there walking around and making sure all customers are being taking off. Thank you Ashley and Lewis. I will for sure bring my car back!!!!!!
