“Went in with my volkswagen for a free inspection on why my AC wasn't working. They figured it out within minutes and parts were ordered.A week later, I came in to get the part replaced in my vehicle and it was done within 3-4 hours. I am very happy with the service and now my son will be more comfortable in his car seat with summer coming!I will note that MOST shops refused to work on my volkswagen and was forced to do much of my car maintenance myself. This job was out of my comfort zone and I was very grateful to find they were able to help and the price could have been worse also!I know where I will be headed if any further work is required. “In town from Nevada. Stopped in based on 5s reviews, I agree. Truck had pull to right, after test drive the lead mechanic said should get by with rotation.
This solved 95% of the problem, though there's still every so slight pull, but that could be how Florida roads are made, which caused the problem to begin with.
They where friendly and honest- imo.”

“So I was stuck in town taking care of business 2 hours away from home messed up my radiator had to get towed to his shop before it opened not only was he very nice and willing to help I didn't have cash which is the only thing he accepts as far as payment he trusted me to come back with his funds at a later time charged me a little to nothing to fix my radiator what a gim. And word around town he's done this for a lot of folks. Treat him right not too many people left like this...”

“William's Automotive is awesome. My husband had a new Jasper engine installed in his truck when we lived in SE Florida. When we moved to this area there was about 5,000 miles on the engine when it started to smoke. He took his truck to William's because they are Jasper certified and the engine is under warranty. Even though Jasper was not pleasant to deal with William's was great. They did an awesome job on his truck. He will be a loyal customer for life. He will never by anything from Jasper again because of the hard time we all went through with them.”
