“Our first day of vacation and we pumped bad gas into our car, which stranded us on Cedar Key. We had our car towed to the Napa Store in Chiefland. Andy and Anthony were the guys who saved our vacation!! Andy figured out it was the gas. They pumped out the bad gas and used a few bottles of additive (sold at Napa). They literally saved our vacation. I give a huge shout of gratitude to Andy, Denise and Anthony at the Napa Store in Chiefland Fl. Their kindness and honesty is rare in today’s world.”

“Due to cold weather this week, my auto battery was close to not starting. Brought it to O'Reilly in Chiefland to have them check it out. Kris was the staff member who helped us and he was fantastic! Patient, helpful, gave us good information. Checked the battery out and gave us suggestions before having to spend any money; it was low on a charge but encased so a bit more tricky to charge if needed. Took it on a long drive and it has been great ever since. We also purchased 2 key fob batteries, took the time to replace them, let us check them and we were on our way. A nice, pleasant, helpful person... We were so pleased to receive such awesome service and will return if any issues arise in the future. Thank you Kris and Happy New Years to everyone!!!”

“Had a very ugly sound coming from my equinox. Had it towed to big bend. Got to it that day(even though it was short notice) they finally found a gash in my wheel well and figured out I'd had something stuck. It had worked lose and was gone. They didnot charge me a thing for this service. Buying my car from these folks was not only the most relaxed enjoyable car purchase in my 30 years of buying carsBut the service is also amazing.
