“Omni Orlando Resort at ChampionsGate is a standout destination for those seeking a blend of luxury and impeccable service. My recent stay at the resort was highlighted by an exemplary encounter with hospitality that truly sets Omni apart from the rest.

From the moment of arrival, the valet service was not only efficient but also tailored to the needs of modern travelers, accommodating our Tesla Cybertruck with overnight charging facilities. Such attention to detail is a commendable touch that enhances the convenience of your stay.

The heart of my exceptional experience, however, was the front desk service provided by Andrew. His approach to customer service was nothing short of remarkable. Andrew’s professionalism, warmth, and genuine care for guests' needs made our check-in process a breeze and set the tone for a wonderful stay. His dedication is a testament to Omni’s commitment to hospitality excellence and makes him a true asset to the company.

Our room was a haven of comfort, offering all the amenities one could expect from a high-caliber resort, along with a peaceful ambiance perfect for relaxation. The following morning, we enjoyed a delightful breakfast that catered to a variety of tastes, rounding off our short but memorable visit.

Given the outstanding level of service and overall quality of our stay, I enthusiastically give Omni Orlando Resort at ChampionsGate a well-deserved five stars. It’s not just the tangible aspects of the resort that impress, but the intangible warmth and attention to detail that make your stay unforgettable. Especially with Andrew’s hospitality, Omni ChampionsGate is highly recommended for anyone visiting the Orlando area seeking a luxury resort experience.”

“The neighborhood is approximately 30 minutes from the amusement parks. It is extremely quiet and the house is super spacious for the comfort of large groups. We, being 9 people, feel very comfortable.
It has a kitchen, washing machine, clothes dryer, hair dryer. Sink.
The club house has very fun pools suitable for all audiences and to make the most of the days.”

“I wish I could give six stars! We just got married at paradise cove and it was an absolute DREAM. We worked with Jasmine from the day we toured and she was phenomenal! So helpful, so kind, and so professional! She answered all of my crazy questions and helped us feel perfectly at ease. The day of went so smoothly, if anything went wrong, we sure did not know about it! Both Jasmine and her assistant coordinator Arianna were fantastic. We had not met Arianna until the day before and she was amazing. Anything we needed she was always right there! Thank you Paradise Cove for the perfect day!”

“For the price, the hotel is amazing!!

What made it so much better was the customer service by both Veronica and Veronica L.

I was traveling from Atlanta and worked Disney from 1am-10am.

I purchased a day nap room at first but later wanted to change it to a full night stay.

Please be aware that I’m exhausted and just want to take a nap at this point. Both Veronica’s made my check in process and the adjustment process completely seamless.

I very much appreciate them.

I finally got in my room and to no surprise the room was immaculate.

This is the best hotel at a great price. I highly recommend.

Thanks again Veronica’s!!!”

“Overall this a great place to stay for business or vacation. They are in great location for all the attractions. The rooms are spotless and the amenities are outstanding. The only issue is, it is difficult to get out of their parking area and breakfast is terribly expensive. $21 for toast and avocado.

Rooms: Super clean and in good repair

Food and drinks: Expensive”

“We visited this hotel for brunch while looking through Celebration town so I can’t say anything about the rooms but the lobby and food were both wonderful! It was very light and airy , with all of the windows and wood decor. The hotel is on a lake so the view is wonderful but it is HOT even with shades and fans so sitting inside was preferred. The staff was amazing and very accommodating. The food and bottomless mimosas were a 10/10!! I’d definitely return again to try more items from the menu and explore more around celebration town .”

“This hotel offers great value for money, especially if you're visiting Disney or Universal on a budget. The location is excellent for accessing these attractions. While the rooms may not be in perfect condition, as noted in other reviews, the price makes it a worthwhile choice.”

“This Fairfield is different from other ones we have stayed at. It has three Marriott hotels in  a circle. Each hotel has its own parking lot and pool. Between Fairfield and the Courtyard by Marriott there is a courtyard with places to sit and games to play for both children and adults. One area was for children 2 - 5 years old, another playground was for older children. We played Jenga and Cornhole. We also both sat in a giant Adirondack chair enjoying the beautiful night. There was also ping pong tablesWe were on a 1,500 mile drive and didn’t want to get back into the car to go out to dinner. There are a few places to eat in the village plus you can walk to three restaurants right from the village. We picked Bahama Breeze Island Grill. It was a few minutes walk to get there.Checking in there was a sign about Breakfast. “Ready for Breakfast? Play ahead; No Line 6:30 - 7:45, Light Traffic 7:45 - 8:15, Heavy Traffic 8:15 - 9:30. We set our alarm for 6:30 and were downstairs at 6:45. The line was out of the buffet room. Hundreds of high school children were online or already eating breakfast. The line moved fast but it was 15 minutes before we started to take food. We were lucky that someone just got up from a table as all tables were full and some children were sitting on the floor eating. Half an hour later a teacher made an announcement that the bus was going to leave soon and quickly the buffet emptied out. It wasn’t a real issue but wasn’t what we were expecting. The buffet was the best one we have had at a Fairfield Inn making up for the longer like. I did get my Mickey Mouse waffle and also had eggs with cheese and salsa and some sausage. The workers were trying to keep things moving and were all friendly. After breakfast we went and sat at the pool for a little while before continuing our drive south.I didn’t see any EV chargers but this is a large complex with three hotels so I might have just missed it. EV charging is something we will use to decide where to stay. If you have an EV you want to charge while at your hotel overnight. It doesn’t need to be fast charging but enough to charge overnight and you need to be assured that you will have an open charger as part of your reservation. The bottom line is that we enjoyed our stay and would stay there again. Hopefully not with hundreds of high school children.”

“Service was wonderful. My husband got the voodoo shrimp and although it was a very small portion he said it was delicious! I got the Cajun chicken pasta which was just ok. Supposed to have blackened chicken but it was more like chunks of thigh meat. Too many big pieces of pepper and onion and sauce was way too runny. The kids didn't love their mac n cheese I did try it and it was pretty tasteless not sure why they didn't like it. Their chicken fingers were blah too. They had a weird after taste to them. Drinks were good! A little pricey but what isn't these days?!”
