My husband and I had to ship a very expensive piece of equipment to another state. Patrick and Jhaden, literally spent well over an hour with us (while still assisting others) to help us ship our package, that would have been extremely costly due to the way it needed to be packaged.
They went WAY above and beyond measuring and working with us in trying to come up with the best solution to ship our package in order to save us as much money as possible, without compromising the integrity of the package. Patrick was very honest in how he felt comfortable or uncomfortable in the way he needed to package it to make sure it got to its destination in tact.

“Great service. I went to drop off my DHL package, that doesn’t print the label for you if you order an agent come pick it up. The worker at this place was super nice, instructed me where to send the label and gave me the envelope free of charge because I didn’t have any cash on me. Appreciate it!”

“The team today on February 2 2026 was insanely helpful & happy to go above & beyond for my odd shipment of antiques. They could have rolled their eyes at me & reluctantly packed my mess up that I rolled in with, but instead they carefully wrapped each piece & put thought into what box would be the most affordable/efficient. Our print work with this store over the last year has been extensive: signs, booklets, posters, a series of 10x10ft banners on metal frames, feather flags, pull up banners, a variety of marketing items, invitations, mail-out items etc. - We’ve literally done so much work with this store and couldn’t be happier.
Any issues that have arisen(my fault or theirs) this store has QUICKLY remedied and been so so kind.

“I was traveling and under significant pressure to print some important documents. I needed them immediately and was already late because I visited multiple FedEx print locations with no success. I finally arrived at this UPS location already frustrated. I had been using Ubers to go everywhere and it was already a rough day. Although when I arrived the printers were done, Evelyn, the lady working there that day, went far beyond what I expected. She didn't dismiss me or rush me off -- she listened carefully and understood the urgency of my situation and genuinely tried to help.
