Checked in our son. 2nd in line, the previous customer was taken to a booth, our son told, "You're next" An adult then came in after, greeted and quickly taken ahead/ before our son. No explanation and left standing at the front of the store. Will not return to this store!

Near $30 plus tip to use a trimmer with no guard to cut off all of my hair in less than four minutes. Seem reasonable? I was asked about my scar on my neck and I told the hairstylist I had a rare cancer in my spine. I proceeded to get advisement in mushrooms for medicinal purposes. Nice enough woman, but I am tired of people telling me some home made recipe cures for ALL cancers. Cancers are not all the same. Also that a diet would help me. Uhh I am dying, five minutes more from a diet at this point doesn't matter.

Excellent salon with friendly staff. We like Great Clips because they keep detailed records so no matter what location you visit, they know how you like your hair cut. Fast, professional, and high quality.

Sadly, my usual barber is out of town for the holidays, so I decided to pop in to Great Clips as it's less than 5 minutes down the road from where I live. I was very pleased and impressed with the service that I received from Lisa.I pulled right in as she was unlocking the door to open the shop and was very welcoming, just letting me know that she needed a moment to pull up the system and then she could assist me. Lisa was very amicable and very on top of what she was doing. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes, and was very happy with her work. Highly recommend!

They do not answer their phone. I was told to call to check and see if a specific stylist was working when I was ready for haircuts. Now I only get an automated message with a full mailbox over and over. There's always some kind of issue with this place. I only stayed and dealt with the poor customer service and 85minute wait times because I liked my stylist. It looks like I'll be going elsewhere to spend my money and my 50% tips.

My stylist really made me feel special, like a sister. She was very friendly and talkative. We had interesting conversations and joked a lot! OMG! ! ! Next i know my ? was like a jewel of the Nile ! ! !

I had one of the best haircuts ever here! When I got in the truck my husband said "wow that is a nice haircut" he usually doesn't care for my hair when I get it cut. The women who cut it was really nice as well.
