This is my second time at Cenote, first time at the ChampionsGate location, and it was just as wonderful as the first. The staff is kind and caring and the services are top notch. The massage was amazingly relaxing, and the pedicure was expertly executed. I will be back for a 3rd, 4th, 5th, etc. visit.

Jackie was excellent masseuse and Jasmin was a fantastic manicurist! Entire staff was very nice and welcoming. Highly recommend. Will return on my next trip to Orlando.?????

Massage was good. Nothing extraordinary. Dirty room and masseuse walked in on me while I was naked..
If you're looking for a luxury experience, this isn't it.
The room was nothing special.
They have you put your things in unsanitary bins that everyone else is.
The room ambiance was not it.
There was one small rug under the table and it was visibly dirty.
The massage therapist knocked AS they were opening the door. I said hold on and they continued to come in. So there i stood bare naked facing them. They took a moment and looked. Never apologized. Great way to start.
I came to relax and it took me the whole session and more to begin to do so.
Won't book here again.

What a great place! Came today and got a massage by Kirk. Was so good and relaxing! Can’t wait to come back! They have a steam room, which was great. If I could give more than five stars, I would!
