“Was in the hunt for a local bank. I have recently moved from PA to Fl. I google banks near me and this one popped up. This bank is literally less than 10 minutes away from my house so I made an appointment to check what they had available for a checking account.Rosa de branch manager was so helpful and knowledgeable. She educated me on everything I needed to know about the branch and other options they had available. Rosa even helped me set up the mobile bank app & guided me through the process. Rosa made this process, very smooth and easy!
I opened up two accounts, my checking account and also a ‘ Rainy day funds savings’ account.
If you’re on the hunt or you just wanna change your bank try/check this bank out not only is locally but it has so many flexibilities. You will be in shocked at the options that they have.

“So grateful for the help of the manager.... I am visiting from Arizona and had the wrong directions which guided me through a golf club (I would’ve been there in 3 minutes with these directions) and the security would not let me pass through because it was private property. Instead this caused me to flip around and drive another 25 minutes get there at 5:03. I was so frustrated with these Apple Maps not being updated and security! It was an urgent need for me to make it for my vacation money and I am thankful for this manager Wanda who ended up hearing me out and allowed me to do a transaction through the drive up window.Thanks”

“We opened an account in the Davenport branch of Center State Bank in 2013. Right from the word go it has always been a pleasure going into the branch and dealing with the staff there. Being customers in a different country does have it's issues but we, Southstate Bank and us, have always managed to work our way through them. Even closing our account was a really nice experience, only closed because all our other interests in Florida have now finished. Special shout out to Laura Navarro who has been particularly helpful to us for the past 5 years.”

“This is where I do my personal banking. The plus side to banking with this is the free cashier's checks I get. This is cause of the type of account I have with them. You can also get another free checking account if you're a preferred member.”
“This location has been wonderful and the staff has always been friendly and knowledgeable. However I recently disputed a charge where I was scammed. This is my fault not PNC, however I provided pages of correspondence with seller, invoices, and pages of other customers being scammed. I was told I did not provide the information requested and they sided with merchant. I'm now working with state attorney for resolution. I've been a customer for 9 years, will be closing my account and switching banks soon. Pathetic customer service from dispute team, I can get a better bank that protects it's customers not scammers.”

Bethine was informative and helped me be more up to date with the digital technology. She was patient and walked me through the whole process quickly and educated me about the policy and how the app worked.
Then Wanda was able to show me how to use the ATM using the digital wallet. Thanks to them they have given me the tools to be sufficient in the future. I appreciate their time and efficiency. Highly recommend this place for their friendly and knowledgeable atmosphere.”
