And then there's Brian in Service. He actually answers the phone, fixes things in less than a day and gets it right the first time. Even the Parts Dept. is amazingly helpful. The prices are very reasonable and everything always seems to be in stock. Never thought I'd own a tractor but I am grateful for doing business with Smith's in Jay.”
