“I drove 40 minutes to shop at this butcher and it was definitely worth the drive. I called ahead of time to make a special order (beef fat trimmings) since Publix is not able to sell this, and the staff on the phone was very nice. Upon arrival, I was immediately greeted. The store itself is in an older building, but very clean. There is a wide variety of meats available - pretty much everything you can imagine with every cut you would want. They have a selection of grocery items and produce and a deli featuring Boars Head products. When I went to the meat counter to pick up my order, the butcher was extremely friendly and came out from around the counter to hand me my order. I ordered some items from the deli and picked up a couple of ribeye steaks and a bottle of orange juice. The prices of the meats are very reasonable. Less than what you would typically pay at Publix, even with a sale. I made the ribeye for dinner and I will say, it was the best ribeye I've had in awhile! It's a bit of a drive for me, but it's worth it to get high quality meat and I'll be shopping there regularly.”
